Using upkeep we have been able to keep track of both assets and parts easily. There is a work order feature that we have implemented for several things that allow cost and time tracking as well
I like the asset and parts tracking ability. Also work orders are easy to create and maintain.
Part to Asset linking for multiple asset is rather difficult if you have the same assets uploaded before you make copies.

Have had a great experience with Upkeep. The one on one training with the support team was helpful to learn all of the features that were offered across the different levels.
Having full access to upkeep through the app is the best feature available. The ability to give anyone the ability to create work order yet restrict access to other areas makes it simple for people unfamiliar wit the program to use.
In the asset section there is no spot for the serial number

Really have enjoyed the software and support teams.
Ease of use. The tabs on the side are helpful. Good Customer Service. Being able to upload multiple assets at a time.
Having to change the location on both the meter tab and asset tab.

Upkeep has been a great addition for our school district and IT department. The ease of use has decreased the number of calls in how to use the system, which we would get constantly before with previous work order systems we have used.
Upkeep is one of the easiest work order systems I have ever used. It is very user friendly and not convoluted like other work order systems.
Only thing I would like for Upkeep to have would be better asset management features.

Just the history tab
Very easy to use and you can archive and search closed work orders later. The inventory section makes it very easy to keep track of what you have.
Feel that it needs a history tab in the assets section to log notes about each asset. Other than that Its great

Cost savings and less down time!
Accessibility. The mobile app allows me to access asset info and the work order data base from anywhere.
Deleting work orders can be tricky and glitches with modifying reoccurring scheduled work orders. Had a few instances where I had to delete the work order and recreate it, since I was not able to modify the scheduled days.

Great support and system
This is easy to use and setup. They have nice tutorials and customer support to help along the way.
There are some extra asset fields that we would like to track and search on, but there is a limit to those.

Upkeep makes us to schedule tasks in a team work and grow together in team.
Upkeep is a easily accessible app to work with your scheduled tasks which is more important that can be reached from your desktop, lap and even the phone. You can create work orders, update them on time as well as to get notifications on the tasks etc which makes your business performance updated on time.
Asset inventory update is really doing great in here.but need to have the accuracy level maintained correctly otherwise may get into wrong decisions

Mobile platform, off line usage capabilities and asset management. Upkeep website and blog are great ways to keep up with the industry
Cost of product is limiting for small companies with few users. I wish that features could be turned on and off as we would not use all the features that come with the paid plans

Overall it has been a positive experience and everyone has been very helpful.
Ease of use, upkeep stays up to date, quick to implement changes. heavy focus on mobile app.
While I like that they are quick to implement changes they recently removed a feature that allows mobile users to see work history on a scanned asset. This method of viewing completed work orders is crucial to our team members so they can learn from the whole team. Also, it’s fairly expensive and there is no good way to create/print asset tags from the software.

User-friendly and efficient tool for asset management. A very effective tool to keep track of your work orders.
It is simple to use and very efficient in keeping track of your assets and work orders. Its task scheduling feature is very useful. Its request and approval features are also very impressive and helped in promoting the efficiency of our maintenance team.
Recurring task cannot be changed once scheduled before the completion time which is not at all a desired feature.

Being able to use the calendar view as part of our package helped us implement a better and more controlled schedule for our techs.
The ease of navigation compared to more complex programs like Maximo or SAP makes this a very user friendly CMMS software.
When building the hierarchy of our equipment not being able to drill the child asset past one level made it cumbersome to add everything in like we wanted to.

we are able to cut down the wait time for jobs to get done and our staff have less to worry about and can focus on the jobs they need to do.
Very easy for staff to submit request and add as much detail as possible. Asset management is a breeze with the set up provided.
i would like for there to be a way to notify requesters the status of their work order progress a little better.

The customer service is friendly and helpful. They are flexable when it comes to recommendations and improvements. I see this company going far!
The asset workorder tracker. It allows me to know what work has been done to each piece of equipment and the cost of repairs.
The search engine. When searching for a part, sometimes you have to make sure the part name in the search bar completely matches the part that you are looking for.
