What is Asset Infinity?
Asset Infinity keeps one register of everything an organization owns, from laptops to vehicles, machines and medical devices, and runs the work around it. Tag and audit assets with barcodes, QR codes and RFID. Run work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance and inspections; before a technician is sent, each job shows whether its parts, tools and a qualified person are available. Warranties and contracts are checked when work is raised, so covered repairs are not paid twice. Spare parts, purchasing, depreciation books, IT asset discovery and GPS fleet tracking share the same records. Technicians use an Android and iPhone app that works offline. Available in nine languages, in the cloud or on your own servers. Used by more than 2,300 organizations in over 60 countries. Asset Management starts at $130 a month for 500 assets with unlimited users; try it free for 14 days.
