Visitors arrive, scan a QR code, fill in their details, sign NDAs digitally, and check in within 30 seconds. A personalised badge prints automatically and the host gets an instant alert via SMS, email, Slack, or Teams. Every visit is stored in a searchable, audit-ready dashboard.
Queue Management System
Vizitor issues digital tokens, displays live wait times, and notifies people when their turn is approaching. Departments manage their own queues independently, transfers happen in one tap, and every token, wait time, and interaction is logged automatically.
Ticketing Management System
IT issues, facility faults, and HR queries are captured in one place and converted into structured tickets with a clear owner, priority, and deadline. Requests are automatically routed to the right team, staff are notified via Slack, Teams, or email, and every ticket closes with a full audit trail.
Attendance Management System
