What is WebEOC?WebEOC is an emergency management software that helps local, state, and federal agencies prepare action plans in order to handle infrastructure or natural disasters and workplace violence. It includes Incident Action Plan (IAP), which lets administrators create responses for various disasters or events and publish them for recording purposes.
The application allows on-field agents to capture and record data, receive emergency alerts, conduct assessments, and prepare incident reports in the field. Features of WebEOC are collaboration, workflow management, single sign-on (SSO) authentication, documentation, data import or export, push notifications, GDPR compliance review, custom templates, and more. It enables emergency response personnel to quickly share data across agencies and state or local boundaries using bi-directional data sharing capability.
WebEOC provides an open API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms, such as IMX Connect, FleetEyes, ArcGIS, Microsoft Active Directory, and more. With an integrated public alert and warning system (IPAWS), stakeholders can also broadcast emergency messages to the general public through iOS or Android devices.
