it is ok,  new version is absolutely terrible it is hard to navigate there is no back button and it take 2 times longer to complete any work orders from a technician point of view.   When downloading the pdf's for printing work orders, the program prints 1 page per task.  

I was wondering if by chance that the app can be redesigned so that the location of the machines can be present in the defect and inspection history portion of the headings.

My rep quit, the chat bot disconnected when asked to cancel subscription, called, took a month to get someone to respond on how to cancel.

The wallet is useful to keep registration and insurance cards accessible to employees.

They will never call you to see if you need anything or not, but will add all managers as soon as you tell them you need to cancel the service.

Customer service is phenomenal. If there is a problem, they get it sorted out immediately without any hassles.
