The best part is that you can try it 100% free and evaluate it before purchasing it. I am satisfied with cocosign and all my online deals and documents are being signed by cocosign.
The only downside is that the mobile application is not available.
If someone wants to save time and money both then cocosign is the best option. It is the ultimate solution for e-signature because of its speed, price and reliability.
There is no feature in cocosign due to which I fail to find what I like the least in it.
I will recommend this to everybody who is looking for e-signature solution as It is cheap, easy to use and most important it is affordable. It takes no time for your work and reliable.

I am happy with the product, it works good for what it was designed for and what we use it for, the price is great and the team we work with at Fluix is great as well.
If you have selected the wrong number by mistake it can be awkward to locate the recently pushed files to delete them.
Perfect for Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance. Ease of use once set up extends to even the most basic of IT knowledge.
The only challenge I currently face with Fluix is its vulnerability to the file structure in the cloud storage.

The system is very reliable and has great functionality + via their API you can achieve excellent levels of integration with existing software.
The worst part of the system is not being able to search for a client unless the documents have been signed and archived.
Both us and our customers find the software extremely easy to use and have had great feedback in the ease of use.
Sometimes the customers find it difficult to get to the link because the email that pops up from us but they have to by pass the T&C's first.
Legalesign had a well documented API that made it easy to integrate with our app. Their team was helpful, knowledgable and responsive throughout the sales and implementation process.
Sometimes people find it hard to sign the actually app by clicking 3 boxes for t&cs and clicking submit. Maybe change to one box.
We are happy to recommend Legalesign to our customers and to anyone else who needs to sign documents online.
We still sign some contracts offline where the customer requests it, but most are now signed through Legalesign.
We love being able to create template documents and edit them online with each customers' specific details, and we also like the way in which the email reminders prompt both parties to read and sign.

What I liked most about this software was that it was very easy to set up and actually use and their customer service rep was right there and very courteous when I needed alittle help.
Not available for mobile devices. Access should be limited hence wrong people can do so many wrong with this.
I love that we are able to look up past signed contracts in the docverify database. I also like that Docverify integrates so well with other programs like wufoo.
As I summarized in my Cons, the technology is just really bad compared to their competition. Also they recently added a fee for having the whole session recorded.
It does exactly what it promises to do, and is a great solution that will save you time and money on ink, paper, and printers. THere's no reason not to start using it.

The experience is so great that it feels like we are accessing our own physical device as it supports almost all shortcuts.
Pushing images and updating software was tedious and was not at all streamlined. We lost our Citrix guru prior to me coming on board and this was a nightmare to manage.
The access to my remote workspace is extremely impressive and most windows key and shortcuts working great. The support of few screens make it way good for my usage (working with terminals).
I found some times that the time to connect was cumbersome, as was the several times during the day that I had to log in again. I get why that is the case but it frustrates easily.
I think the record keeping and ability to have immediate acces to information facilitates better services for our clients. I like the different ways to search for information.
However, if my internet connection is a bit weak, I can sometimes find it difficult to connect. But since this is more about my connection, I don't have a big expectation from Citrix on this issue.

If management would approved use terminating this program today, we would. Over half of our tickets are Citrix related on our helpdesk queue.

The experience is so great that it feels like we are accessing our own physical device as it supports almost all shortcuts.
Pushing images and updating software was tedious and was not at all streamlined. We lost our Citrix guru prior to me coming on board and this was a nightmare to manage.
The access to my remote workspace is extremely impressive and most windows key and shortcuts working great. The support of few screens make it way good for my usage (working with terminals).
I found some times that the time to connect was cumbersome, as was the several times during the day that I had to log in again. I get why that is the case but it frustrates easily.
I think the record keeping and ability to have immediate acces to information facilitates better services for our clients. I like the different ways to search for information.
However, if my internet connection is a bit weak, I can sometimes find it difficult to connect. But since this is more about my connection, I don't have a big expectation from Citrix on this issue.
What is particularly useful and interesting is the introduction of Citrix Workspace microApps and Citrix Workspace custom workflows.
Lag, file transfer problems with large files, not able to send windows shortcuts not able to send sound.
It's easy to use and best optimized for remote desktop with the windows operating system.
Nothing to complain but Citrix Workspace can be expensive, Specially for smaller businesses with limited budgets.
Citrix Workspace allows me to connect to other required software and provides a secure safety net in order to do so. It's primarily in the background while using other apps, but runs smoothly.
Overall I'm happy with the software. It connect quickly and allows me to get my work done remotely.
The most important feature for me is the simple integration that Citrix has with other tools on the market such as Jira or Confluence. It is very simple to link and even easier to use.
Allows me to remotely access my work desktop, and integrates nicely with my Mac; all of my peripherals work, and it is secure.
Whether its to remote log in from home or the office, its very user friendly and has everything you need in one place.

We have used RMail for many years. It is great to have receipt of delivery and read for our records and knowing that it is secure is very important.
Its just annoying that you have to use their interface if you dont have Gmail. First times when i used the RMail, i struggled with that.
I like that I get notification when my emails are received. I also like that when my emails are received they are trusted.
Sending "registered" email depends on user alone. If user forgot, then whole purpose to have RPost is waste.
Easy email encryption helps with building confidence among clients (with the promise of confidentiality). It can be set-up in just a few clicks.
Currently it just tells me email not received but if I sent more than one it is difficult to go back and determine what email it was that they did not get.
I like the feature where I can deliver large files along with the email. It seems to be very secure, even our IT team a lot of confidence in it and ended up signing everyone up to use it.
Need to have backup plan. No mobile apps to associate with outlook (exchange) on mobile devices.
Most useful, most affordable e-security software on the market.

These receipts are nested in a separate folder from your Inbox automatically so they don't clutter things up. It also has a terrific Chrome interface for Gmail.
RPost: Easy to use and makes terrific EVIDENCE.
Don't have a lot of Customer Support experience to speak too as we have not needed them. I think this shows how well they have documented their product and the ease of use.

RMail is easy to install and integrate with Outlook. We use it to encrypt sensitive document attachments.

Easy to use end-to-end encrypted email program even for techno mourns like me. Better yet, no password needed to open email for my lazy recipients.
