The ease of use is great. Knowing me sharing any of my document would have some level of protection is great.
If there are technical difficulties, this can disrupt and delay the whole process.
I like how easy it is to secure your identity and verify it is you. This software is great because it makes sure that i am who i say i am when trying to sign important documents.
Sometimes fail to access some website with bio sensor.
With hiring multiple employees and/or contracting out, it’s great to use this software to know who you’re dealing with. I like the quickness of information and the ease of mind.
Intrrgrating my old business foremat was difficult at first but grasped quickly.
The peace of mind this service provides is a necessary solution the legal field desperately searches for and the possibilities and impact of a service like this is boundless and exciting.

This is a good solution to be able to send an occasional fax as the technology has been largely replaced by email.
I was billed for 3 years of service that I didn't use. I had proof of cancellation but was told no refund because I emailed my request to cancel to the wrong company department.
Easy to use and convenient. You receive it like a scan and could save it as a PDF.
Customer support is slow, sends you in circles, and gives the wrong answer almost every time. Chat disconnects constantly and they give you the wrong phone numbers to call.
Excellent, Reliable Solution for Receiving Faxes.
It's 2019 and the way efax does business is completely unacceptable. Once you give this company your credit card, they make it very hard to take it back.
The eFax system is intuitive, robust, and decently affordable given its attributes.
My least favorite thing is that fax lines are so far behind that it prevents this software from really being touted for what it can do.

It is very easy to learn. And what's very impressive is the fact that Frevvo encourages its users to get educated on the software to the point that they can self-develop and maintain applications.
The business rules can be difficult to write and predict when they will trigger. Complex and dynamic workflows can be difficult to implement.
Even though it is very easy to use without knowledge of javascript, frevvo offers the flexibility to create really great forms if you have a good knowledge of coding in javascript.
The "system" was really 57 duplicate spreadsheets -- one for each cost center -- that relied heavily on formulas. When an error in a formula was discovered we had to correct it 57 different times.
They have a launch pack that builds in support to help you be successful out of the gate. Additionally, when I do submit an issue I have very quick replies from their support team.
The install was quite difficult, and the Tomcat aspect seems to be a little temperamental.
Frevvo has a robust set of built-in features that allow non-programmers to develop sophisticated workflows.
Integration work to setup our SharePoint connector was a bit painful and took longer than expected.
Not with Frevvo, customer support is fantastic and they are always quick to respond with an issue or question. They have an endless library of training resources that are updated constantly.
She has wonderful suggestions and made it a truly collaborative process.
Great product that has performed very well for us at Mercy Ships.
From creating to processing advanced workflow forms, Frevvo is a great value.
We appreciate the digital signature, the G Suite integration, and the flexibility to map our business process to this solution.
Frevvo is a great cost-effective form work flow solution.
The data entered in the form and the completed form PDF's sync seamlessly to Google Drive. The web interface for the form is intuitive and easy for end-users to navigate.
Full PDF form integrations make this an excellent tool for preparing as well as creating various documents for any business process.
Using the schema file to optimize and build forms has been very helpful too.
We also had little ability to roll up or reference historical data to analyze budget trends. Frevvo allowed us to consolidate our data into a centralized database.

We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.
All credibility was lost when we spent hours on calls that ended in frustration with never getting to actually demonstrate a signature capture.
They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to help, comprehensive, incredibly patient, and will help you with whatever questions you have, no matter how many times you ask.
The Message function is terrible, half the time the documents could not esign within the system in the middle of Tax Season which made using the software cumbersome.
Conversion was a breeze, as the Mango team handled that for us. We have been extremely happy with the integrated payment system, which is truly greatly improved our collections.
Most all of it since I've had limited training and there is no backup person in my office.
Also, the pricing is very reasonable, support is easy to reach (and very knowledgeable), and the product itself works like it is supposed to.
Of course it cost us billable time to implement but I blame this more on our decisions than Mango.
This is a good option for a smaller firm like ours (700 clients).
First of all, the implementation when we first got it was incredibly rocky and slow. I think it took us a month or two, which is crazy.
I can get a pretty good picture of what is going on in my office. As we learn more about the features, I'm sure that I can get more information than I can really use.
Be warned that this program isn't ready for prime time yet.

Customization/filtering reports is limited, and often incorrect. Tech support/response has become slower (we waited 2 days to be able to print an invoice because the system was down).
Also a massive plus has been the extremely responsive tech support team, which we did not anticipate. Most querys are solved with a quick in-app chat.
Our experience has been extremely positive, and we absolutely made the right choice for our small (4-person) firm.
It's a nice vision they have, but they are not there yet. Wait for the integration to really be there before purchasing.

The program is constantly being upgraded with new and better features. We all love that all suggestions are taken into consideration for further software improvements.
