The client support is excellent and highly efficient. To customize the product to our needs and the implementation thereof is quick and easy.
The user panels and filters were a bit intimidating for our participant facing users. It can come across as complex.
Workflow Management in HR Management is brilliant and easily configured.
Internet connectivity problems affecting speed.
There is no need for me to go the the Hr's office and hand in my application but rather i can do at the comfort of my desk. It is very user friendly and colorful.
I dont have any cons really, the only issue is what information is captured from the start must be as accurate as possible otherwise you will struggle going foward but that is not a system issue.
The simple reporting capability is also better than most packages I've worked with.
HR Manage has created order where there was chaos for us.
I can apply for leave and it gets approved in few minutes without going to the Hr office. You can tell when best to apply for leave.
HR manage is excellent, must have if you are to reduce salaries spent on HR personnel.
Very user friendly and can be implemented much faster than other HR Software products currently in the market.

This is the first complaint I hear from all users. The user groups are difficult to manage, and we rely on support to update those for us.
The ease of use, the flexibility, the ability to role out to workers, the ability the edit and build forms through support.
The monthly report generates TRIR and LTIF based on work hours I manually enter, among other summarize, I'm also using the tool to generate risk assessments.
The best thing about 1st is its ability to do virtually anything we want.
Ease of use for employees. Vendor support is absolutely fantastic.

Needed to capture footage outside of system, can be confusing for first time users.
Software is easy to use. Like the dashboard feature and the ability to filter and address just what is assigned to me.
I no longer have to dig through file cabinets and try to merge data from five different spreadsheets in order to present loss data to upper management.
We are just surprised how quickly everything was setup and implemented matching our criteria. The guys at Emex were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, giving us great insights and advice.
Finally a risk management software geared toward Risk Managers.
We have been delighted with the interaction and support we have received from EMEX. We are based in DRC which is a challenging business environment.
I would be happy to recommend EMEX to anybody organising large events.

This software has improved our customer relationships. Our customer appreciate our ability to keep them abreast of how our investigations and resolutions are proceeding.
When the systems are down, this software also goes down and this makes the follow -up of the set complaints hard to effect.
We are able to more effectively communicate the progress of case resolution to the customer.
This made reviewing actions previously taken in similar situations extremely difficult. It also created challenges in pulling case specific details for internal audit and/or regulatory agencies.
We have been with i-Sight since July 2012. They are great and their product is performing as I hope.
Configurable SSO can be done on the front end with no charge now. Would someone on the Case IQ need to work with internal IT on our end.
The ability to customize the software based on our existing business processes is one of the biggest strengths of i-Sight.
Searching for previous investigation details was not the easiest task to undertake because it depended on what fields and buzz words the investigator used to identify a particular case.

The permission needs to be more customized for the end user to be able to restrict user from accessing particular data.
The customer service team are fantastic. The software itself is very user friendly.

A simply outstanding product and so cost-effective for the functionality it provides.
It truly delivers a range of services and features and a wonderfully affordable price.

Alvao SD has a very friendly user interface, integration with MS Active Directory and quality manufacturer support is very good.
Missing function of User Activity Monitoring tool which has been retired. Poor function improvements for the SDC (just WA development preference).
We appreciate ease of use for our end users. The tool can handle advanced routing of tickets to distributed teams without overcomplicating things for end users.
Weak KnowledgeBase so far. In case of bigger number of users/services, the requirements for the administration are increasing.
Very good product for implementation ITSM/ITIL in organization. It allows easy expansions even for non IT processes (for example facility management).
Deploy of customization aren't easy and complex. Poor support and FIX release (long time bug repair).
