Pros
I love the customization level, being able to remove the "subscribe" button from the page, and having a free plan for small business like ours.
This helps to eliminate a number of accounts as we can use FreshPing to monitor, and FreshStatus to report which is great as we are already using their CRM.
Overall the experience is fantastic, the use of webhooks really allows you expand and report on so many systems.
Cons
The page builder doesn't appear to auto-save so I've lost some progress here and there when I've clicked around the page, but generally, it's down to user error.
We also occasionally get errors on the site that require us to start an incident or maintenance event over.
A bit hard to use, especially when under stress trying to manage an incident.
