Guardhouse has many amazing functions. It has helped us to not only efficiently roster security operatives, but ensure they are always compliant, thanks to the live license checks through SLED.
The thing that is annoying is that i cant change someone Email address.
The ease of use for administration and users of Guardhouse is wonderful, and the customer service and support is second to none.
As with most applications these days, it is online, so if there is internet issues, it can be hard to access, but that is in no way a fault of Guardhouse.

The ability for Management to sign guards in or out from a mobile device to a shift. In case guard is in a mobile dead zone).

Well, the client, a major advertising company in the region, waited for me for a few months. I think I lost the client.
The Features are the best part of the software. Dashboard for analytics is very good.
I did not find anything that I see as something bad.
Very flexible and easy to use. I like the interface and the improvements that are happening seem great.
No security, No Web only Client, No remote access.
Let's be honest - for price Camlytics is sold it is good enough tool, you need to play to tune all cameras to work fine for Camlytics.
No lpr, can not setup my own events, work only on windows.
Well it is good, we greatly appreciate the response when asking for support.
Grid view are very limited to 16 cameras, and the grid usability is very bad. That makes the impression, at the begining of software use, gives impression that is not a good one.

We use this for surveillance and security and I love how customizable it seems to be. Its pretty easy to use and set up (which is awesome to explain to our non tech people).
There are so many features that it is hard to just jump in and start using this software right away.
The ITRAK team have been great to work with, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are very quick to respond and help resolve questions on the software.
Several limitations with this software exist. It is not able to integrate with many ERP systems and the interface is not very aesthetically pleasing.
ITRAK has transformed how we work, making us far more efficient and consistent. We are more responsive to clients and have improved reporting.
All in all this system is a step towards keeping our customers, assets, and employees safer.
I find it easy to use and also easy to train the supervisors on the system. Also using feedback from the supervisors, the ITRAK team has been very helpful in teaching our team to customize our forms.

This software has improved our customer relationships. Our customer appreciate our ability to keep them abreast of how our investigations and resolutions are proceeding.
When the systems are down, this software also goes down and this makes the follow -up of the set complaints hard to effect.
We are able to more effectively communicate the progress of case resolution to the customer.
This made reviewing actions previously taken in similar situations extremely difficult. It also created challenges in pulling case specific details for internal audit and/or regulatory agencies.
We have been with i-Sight since July 2012. They are great and their product is performing as I hope.
Configurable SSO can be done on the front end with no charge now. Would someone on the Case IQ need to work with internal IT on our end.
The ability to customize the software based on our existing business processes is one of the biggest strengths of i-Sight.
Searching for previous investigation details was not the easiest task to undertake because it depended on what fields and buzz words the investigator used to identify a particular case.

There is live support 24/7 available to the users. It is easily integrated with most software platforms such as Android, Windows.

The most important benefit we get is that we are able to move from paper based reporting to web reporting system. Our guards and clients love it.
While still having remaining days on my current subscription that were paid, after canceling. Subscription I was denied access to my site.
I like the fact that it​ is really cost effective compared​ to another system. I like the modern design that is easy to use for my staff and the guard.
Hard to use & cumbersome for non technical users. Layout & order in which you have to do on mobile app doesn't make sense.
It is very easy to update and share reports with the parties. It is much economical as compared to most of other app and has equally good features.
WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. Had a couple billing issues that were never resolved.
Plus the communication with the clients has improved which has helped us build a good reputation in the market.
The only thing which I don't like is that my guards can not take brakes outside their scheduled brakes.
Love how customizable the software is. Everything can be done yourself without having to reach out to anyone buttttt.
I highly recommend Guardso to any security guard company that want to improve their security guard company oprations.

I love the ability to keep watch on the cameras in our office through out the day and from my phone when not at work. This is an awesome camera system.
This has been one of the worst Access Control Software I have ever used. We have witnessed nothing but issues ever since implementing Avigilon ACM.
Avigilon is a great piece of software to use for any type of security monitoring needs. The Customer service was probably my favorite thing about it.
The software is out of updates. There are many forms within the tax software that are missing.
We get great benefits and ease of use of these cameras.
Our users constantly get their access denied without explanation. Avigilon support never has an explanation on cause.
Provides us with good ability to control our security camera system.
There are a lot of network settings that need to be configured and can be easily screwed up if you do not know what you are doing.
Great camera system and helpful customer support.
The Avigilon Access Control Manager is easy to use and understand. The features of going to previously recorded footage and the ability to download footage has come in handy.
Loving the design of the page and the concept of this software.
We have called with needing help resetting a password and also to figure out how to download recorded footage and they helped quickly with both issues and were patient with my questions.
I enjoy the visibility into our door access control environment and being able to open/unlock doors remotely even if not in the same building or campus.
Overall the ACM is a great tool once it is set up. The headaches happen if you do not know what you are doing when it comes to setting up the camera network.

A great api with very responsive servers which make integration a simple excercise. The breadcrumbs sliding time scale is great and the distance travelled by each vehicle.
I contacted the company sent device to them they sent it back with a new cord to charge but there was no change.
Good accurate tracking and vehicle information. The sections we use is simple and easy to use however I feel there is so much more that we can and should be utilising.
If for any reason communication was lost to an employee we could utilise Fleetsu to see their location and provide assistance if required.
Working with Fleetsu on this was an excellent experience and the delivered in rapid time.
Customer service, had a hard time getting some one to call us back about issues.
Improvements are continuously being made in the difficult area of converting engine data to real and usable info to help make better decisions about what we do.
Advanced warning system or notifications rather than self discovery could avoid frustrations. I would like to see more regular release of updates and improvements.
