This software provides the best functionalities coverage and enables a huge ROI in a few months. Its strong customisation makes it relevant in many business cases.
Due to its large range of functionalities this soft may be a bit hard to configure and should be reserved to large organizations.
I am so happy that Geoconcept (Opti-Time) is now present in the US. TourSolver routing engine has been evolving over the last 10 years and is clearly above the pack.
We feel there's no urgency. Tool seems unfinished (e.g. lists are not alphebatized, multiple places to make changes when a user is modified).
I like the allows certain amounts of time for each job and plots on a gant chart.
Not easy to add additional stops to existing map.
The software integrates all our business constraints; it is highly flexible. The UI is customizable which improves the user experience significantly.
Can not add stops, street names are very small, can't seem to increase font.
I can tell that Opti-time’s team is very experienced and is very passionate about their products. We really feel part of the product team as they listen to features requests and implement fast.

Is miss a field with parameters of the instrument. Measuring range and output for example.
The support from the team themselves if we ever need support is just top notch, and that could be for them to help us develop a new cert layout or how would you recommend doing x,y,z.
But this is only a wish list item rather than a negative.
The cloud based software has been extremely reliable at our facility in helping us achieve success with compliance.
If you forget someting in the report and close it, you can't change it anymore. In the preview you can't see everything.

The success plan created together with the Customer Success Manager from Cioplenu was a good help to keep the implementation on track.
Currently, there is no feature worth mentioning that we are missing.
With the help of this software, we have been able to improve and analyse our processes fast and achieve material cost and working time savings.
No differences between different types of users (editors, viewers).
But we were able to be on our schedule and successfully rolled out the application.
Some sorting and multi-language features were difficult to use, but the issues got fixed really fast in the latest update.
I like the easy using in every situation, and it is so easy to explain.
The setup seemst to sometimes tricky of what you need and how you get it done in the SW.
Easy to implement, easy to use, cloud-based, usable on any kind of hardware.
It easy and user friendly software, a lot of functions available, still growing.
We appreciate Cioplenu very much. The service is always available and solves our tasks flexible & quickly.
The checklists are very easy to implement in the existing systems and to adapt quickly. A cloud software that is easy to use for companies.

We have been using Alice over 2 years and I would have to say that it has been a big improvement to us. Not only it is easy to use but it has made us improve the communication among each other.
Grammar errors in Spanish have been difficult to avoid appearing in the app.
ALICE is perfect because it connects all departments onto a single platform in order to ensure proper and easy management. I strongly recommend it.
The app for smartphones does not match in functionalities with the app for PC. It has been difficult to get the app in Spanish.
Ease of use, sleek design amazing customer service, and satisfaction.
My suggestion is to correct the dislikes mentioned above.
Thank god for Alice! this system makes it so easy to do anything! from Amenities to directions to the printing of itineraries for our guests.
If there is a change of plans or guests made a mistake, a new ticket is the only option.
It has been a productive communication channel for Staff and your customer support is excellent.
This have had a real impact in the organization of our Hotel. It is a crucial tool to save and keep track on daily operation.
That it has improved our communication 100% among our staff. We could see reflect in the guest Experiences.
This system it is very user friendly. Some improvements can be made regarding noifications and pictures, but for the basics it works simply great.

Some of the quirks are frustrating, but nothing major. For example, identifying who the authorized signed is but having them show up on the document as "undefined undefined" instead of their name.
One of the best benefits in addition to faster proposal delivery is the quality of the documents created.
The operations piece is in the works but not released yet, so we get a lot of impatient inquiries.
The ease of use and implementation from equipment input to pricing and agreements, truly seamless. I think everyone can benefit from this software.
Unfortunately it does not communicate with the existing antiquated operational system the company is presently on so we are required to make double entries.
I like the ease in which you can move around the software and that all customer information is in once place.
That this software wasn't available soon. Honestly, the only issues I have with the software is during updates.
The original system we used was a binder and it took a lot of time to price. Since my initial training, I have been all over the system, and love the ease of use and reporting.

Ansys Twin Builder has valuable capabilities that save time and minimize costs. It makes it possible to quickly create a digital twin, which helps system optimization.
Because I work in the home appliances industry, the majority of my problems are with refrigerator components (Drawer body, bins, Glass shelves, Freezer door compartment, etc).
In this sense, ansys has helped us a lot with the AI it brings and the 3D modeling so that what we want to do is successful.
It takes up a lot of space, and the gadget might become sluggish and hot at times.
It is a good option to Build, Validate and Deploy Simulation-Based Digital Twins.
