Sometimes things appear to go missing and we're not sure why. We think something works one way but it doesn't and then it doesn't make sense.
The product is outstanding and easy to work with for users. The people behind the product are exceptional, and make each customer feel important.
On occasion, more granular reporting on individual hospitals within the system was sometimes difficult to obtain.
They have a great team that is very supportive. There is no Question they can not answer.
We now have the data to drive real change within the organization. No Work Gets Done Without a Workorder.

The ease of submitting work orders is great, and our building has set it up with a comprehensive category list.
This year I'm having trouble even getting anyone to respond to my emails about our current issue (no guest arrival notifications for OVER 1 MONTH).
Once we had it set up - it has been a huge time saver for our management team. Customer Service has been outstanding as well.
We all know that all program systems have minor problems however I have not been able to identify any that relates directly to my service line.
As a company we believe Building Engines is an excellent tool to improve efficiency and transparency when it comes to showing tenants how productive we are.
I am usually met with the same canned response every year to do ABC first and make sure before they begin "wasting" their time looking into our issue.
User friendly operations, easy to follow instructions and access to needed information. Friendly professional deployment staff.
The only thing that I don't like about the software is that you are not able to print forms to a file rather than printing a hard copy and then having to scan the document to a file.
We're early adopters of the Synlio RFP product and have been very pleased with the overall product.

There is no scope of err entry as AI enabled push notification often raise flags while doing some fundamental wrong entry of data.
My overall experience was 8/10 which is great. I believe by fixing the bugs the software can be a great value for different industries.
I think it had a learning curve because at the begining it is hard to work with.
If you want to manage workflows in best probable manner then I suggest you to purchase Gruntify. You will be amazed to look at its vast range of services.
IF there was a downside, it would be in the needs for updates, however the updates are always seamless.

Great Customer Service, Great Software. It Is Helping Us To Grow Our Business.
Hard to track which tasks have been sent onto customers, can crash out sometimes wiping system of data.
I really like how the app is displayed, very clean layout. I also like how easy it is to navigate around the app.
There are a few teething problems, little things like a specific process to uploading the photos which if we don't follow, can cause the app to crash meaning we lose our work and have to start again.
Klipboard's level of customer service is excellent. Since initial setup they have been very detailed in explaining things and guided us throughout which made us comfortable going with their solution.
