It is a fantastic compliance tracker that is extremely easy for our customers and third-party organizations with whom we work.
If negative oil & and the shutting down of the American economy involving an invisible virus that’s literally killing people doesn’t get ISNets customers a small discount or payment options.
Their support team is a great help and has a quick response time whenever help is needed.
Worst of all is the service. If you are a hiring client, they roll out the red carpet.
The requirement are over the top for a small company yet perfect for a company with over 50 employees and a brick and mortar establishment.
It is a click and choose service and if our clients click a field that does not apply to us, we get an F rating for non-compliance. Customer service is horrible.
It's great using this software, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Very poor service and unable to trouble shoot.
Good and reliable compliance management software.
Continuing operations in terrible oil market & global pandemic.
In general - ISNet is not terribly difficult to use or operate.
If you are a contractor, you are forced to subscribe to ISN. Rather than work to make you want to be a customer, they threaten to notify your customers if you do not renew every year.
Perfect for providing training to our staff, with simple navigation and highly user-friendly content.
I finally paid the $4,500 "set up" fee and was shocked at what they wanted me to answer and submit.
ISNetworld was very eager to get our companies money. I received several phone calls wanting me to sign up.
Parameters set by SCE are very difficult to achieve. You don't know if you qualify to do work with them until you purchase the service - 160 employees = $4,200.

The software platform itself is pretty good. It's robust, has all the features you need, and is updated pretty regularly.
Extremely complicated costing with numerous charges and many hidden charges. The only reason for such complex costing is to charge more and mislead customers.
Overall, we are very pleased with this software for our logistical purposes. This is a feature rich program that encompasses all areas of global logistics.
To my view it was a lie since Microsoft did not raise its prices. They charge more than $1000 just for leaving them which is insane and illegal.
This is why I'm doing it for curious forwarders - stay away from this company and you'll be glad you did.
Overall experience is negative. It consistently bugs out, crashes, or doesnt do what it should do, which creates alot of wasted time.
The idea of integrated tracking and a system that integrates sales, operations, and accounting all in one is fantastic.
Instead of saving we'll have to pay more. This is very frustrating experience and I wish we never signed up for it and wasted time and money.
The functionality of the software is so intricate and complex, yes the user experience is easy and flows smoothly.
I have one ticket open now for 3+ months that I request an update on weekly and have yet to receive an update. Absolutely horrible support for this product.
You do need to have a competent team of IT professionals and Business Analysts to make this a success, however, any software deployment usually requires the same.
Its clear the back end coding of this software is a mess. There is no customer service and they price gouge.
However, if you - as a company - are prepared to invest and get behind this product, I would say hand on heart, this product can and will deliver for you.
If I could turn back time I would keep away from this software. I agree with most negative opinions that my predecessors posted.
