Pros
For the cost, of the system the functionality is easy and super effective.
Great software and improved productivity and tracking of the paper trail.
Easy to use, and the after care support is great.
Cons
Change can be very difficult and stressful in a Company, in our case we went from no digitization to doing everything on Incontrol in a very short space of time.
World -class system for a fraction of the cost. Little to no development to become digital.
