Pros

It is also a beautifully designed peice of software that is clean, modern, and a joy to use.
Overall it has been great, wonderful find to have up to date information.
This tool ensures shared understanding with the entire team, arguably the most critical aspect to a successful product launch. Oh, and yes, it does push and integrate with Jira with two-way sync.

Pros

Great for productivity, clean and intuitive user interface, love that they continuously improve by requesting new feature adds from users.
Productboard is customizable and has a lot of features built-in (Drivers, Objectives) to help you prioritize and plan effectively. It has a portal for intake and the ability to save views is helpful.
It has a pretty UI and can handle a lot of data, plus give you the ability to really organize it effectively. Does a good job for early customer discovery.

Cons

Unable to post links with ampersands in the URL in comments. Permalinks stop randomly working and bring to a different view.
Sometimes it's not accurate when it comes to who edited a story/item. This can cause quite the problem for paper trails.
Poor number of integrations with other platforms and tools.

Cons

Miss an integration with Gitlab. Pretty weak on the customer feedback management.
A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.
The upvoting features can be difficult to use.
