What is ESPMI?
ESPMI is a project portfolio management (PPM) platform designed to help businesses track, handle and analyze key metrics across multiple projects to streamline decision-making processes. Administrators can monitor organizations' risk profiles and identify trends and training requirements for managing risks.
Using ESPMI's dashboards, supervisors can gain visibility into work item types, categorized priorities, risk or issue classifications, project status, and other metrics.
