Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

HOLIZE overview
What is HOLIZE?
HOLIZE is project execution software that connects planning to day-to-day work with automation and evidence. Projects are modeled as phases, deliverables, tasks, and checkpoints, enabling one-click plan creation. Successive project-plan tasks route to each owner’s worklog so execution stays tied to the plan without manual chasing.
Escalations are built in at three default points—14 days before due, 7 days before due, and on/past the due date—for Risks, Issues, Action Items, and relevant project-plan tasks. When a project-plan task linked to an Issue becomes past-due, HOLIZE asks the stakeholder how many days are needed for resolution and then extends the plan by that input, cascading dates to impacted successors. Items linked to Risks can auto-escalate to Issues when the planned start is crossed unresolved.
Checkpoints support long-running tasks. Missed or failed checkpoints can open Risks or Issues and, if needed, place tasks on hold until the cause is addressed. The platform maintains linkage between Risks, Issues, Action Items, and the specific tasks and deliverables they affect, so impact is visible and traceable.
Timesheets are generated from actual worklog activity to reduce manual entry and improve plan-versus-actual accuracy for cost and effort. Meeting agenda and minutes can be created in a few clicks by linking agenda items to Risks, Issues, Action Items, and the project plan, then tuned post-meeting to finalize minutes—keeping documentation aligned to live project data.
Leaders get a real-time health view with task-status distribution, counts of Risks/Issues/Action Items, plan-versus-actual charts, and integrity signals (including offline updates) to assess execution quality. Role-based access is scoped by organization and department; menus and actions adapt to each role. Stakeholders can participate without additional licenses.
Every customer receives a dedicated HOLIZE instance (e.g., yourorg.holize.app) for clean governance and scale. Pricing is flat and tiered by capacity rather than per-user. A 30-day free trial is available, and subscriptions are managed inside the instance.
HOLIZE is methodology-agnostic and serves teams across industries—for example, technology, manufacturing, energy, telecom, construction, banking, insurance, and retail—while remaining adaptable to each organization’s delivery model and controls.

Evidence-based reporting: timesheets from worklogs; plan-versus-actual cost/effort; task-status distribution.
Health & integrity signals: live health view with R/I/A counts and indicators for offline updates.
Governance & access: role-based permissions scoped by organization/department; menus and actions adapt to role.
Stakeholder participation: collaborators and clients can be included without extra licenses.
