Visual collaboration tool for task-based project management

4.78/5 (9 reviews)

Kantask overview

Kantask is a cloud-based visual collaboration toolset inspired by the Kanban scheduling system and designed to gather multidisciplinary business teams around single, centralized workspaces. Emphasizing greater visibility on individual and team workflows in order to monitor and improve productivity, Kantask offers scalable plans priced according to team member amounts from wholly free to Enterprise level. Inclusive of secured private cloud access and online storage allowances, Kantask’s workflows are essentially created using boards that represent a team’s process or project. Cards are then added to symbolize tasks, with team members invited to begin collaboratively coordinating progress. Collective or individual goals measure productivity, with analytics capabilities offering feedback on performance.

Additional key features go on to include calendar-based scheduling offering synchronization with Google calendar. Further integration with Google Drive is joined by workboard export to CSV format for convenient sharing. Contact management, task assignment, plus project time tracking is included, with Kantask also supporting multiple languages, role-based permissions and Single Sign On (SSO) etc. The Kantask companion smartphone app for iOS and Android devices facilitates access to the system for users on the move.

I see teams from different divisions in one place, working together. I recommend implementing the Quick Card Creations' feature at every stage or people will become lazy at informing in what they are working on.
