This is because of it multifunctional uses. And talk about the intelligence, where you can print out reports on screen to see the organisational performance internally.

It's for firms that want clarity, ownership, and fewer dropped balls, even when that clarity is uncomfortable.

The assignment function, my colleagues assign tasks to me but i usually forgot to tick complete and clear the email, which leave the task incomplete in my colleagues view and i cannot search for every email to tick.

The formatting in the task sections can sometimes be a bit clunky and you need to select on multiple areas to edit or change a task detail.

Cannot even get signed up after sending links as consultant do not understand that the email is linked to the signup, and she cannot change the invite linked, even after I explain to them.

They genuinely care about delivering a world class product. If you are serious about growth and running your practice efficiently Karbon is a must have in my view - can't recommended it highly enough!

It takes more time for emails to reflect when using Karbon than when using other platforms such as outlook.

Even with a few areas for improvement, particularly around CRM features, it remains an indispensable tool in my business operations.

Software doesn't build discipline, but the right software makes the absence of it impossible to ignore.

Price: it's not the cheapest option in the market, so it's a real consideration, though I can't see us changing at this point.

It has transformed how I manage both email and workflow, giving me much better oversight and control.

I love the search function, it can find emails, tasks, anything in a flash!

I like the fact that it is integrated with many other software  including outlook which makes it easier to just one in one system.

Contacts integration with Xero XPM is still not seamless.

It’s reliable, secure, and a great fit for managing bookkeeping and bookkeeping teams remotely.

Karbon is web-based only, which some users find inconvenient, especially when switching between platforms.

Billing module is very tedious and still needs some work to streamline billing.

Karbon is user friendly and task management is easy to follow and understand allowing one to comment for all team members to see if there is.

Karbon also has excellent integrations which I am only beginning to explore.

Karbon isn't for teams wanting something light or forgiving.

The price especially when I have 3 part time employees using Karbon for 2 days a week each.

Karbon is easy to use although very comprehensive in its accounting practice management solutions.

The benefits far outweigh the small limitations, and it’s now a key part of how we work every day.

Great, better than just working on Outlook email, easy to keep track and leave comment so all the conversation can be viewed thoroughly, instead of many forwarded email.

Investing time in initial training is essential to maximise your use of the software.

We love that task can repeat accurately and there isn't any chance of something being missed.

It also keeps documents and information safe.
