Besides an installation on your site, KLUSA can be offered as a Software-as-a-Service It lets users run applications and database on a highly secure data center at a local provider on OPUS-owned servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Only exclusively authorized OPUS employees have access to the OPUS owned KLUSA servers. The state-of-the-art servers are equipped with latest operating system versions and the redundant high quality hardware is constantly controlled by proactive monitoring. Once a month (usually on every Sunday on the end of the month), there is a planned short downtime to keep the systems safe and up to date.

The servers are fully protected with professional antivirus software and firewall. All relevant and certified security updates are frequently installed.
