Once done, the jobs can be assigned to employees, who can then proceed with their timesheets. The solution also includes a costing tool to enable financial visibility. The business can set analysis criteria, check whether the estimates match actual costs, export job costing reports, and go through them with a fine-tooth comb in Excel or PDF. Additionally, the solution has the MX-SmartTracker module. The module is designed to track the real-time progress of jobs, details about team members working on them, and the number of hours it took for the team to complete the job. The MX-SmartTracker also generates reports to detect potential productivity hiccups and find ways to sidestep them.
