Project Manager

Having a virtual PMO that helps me plan projects, identify risks, staff effectively, and even draft my weekly status reports has saved me countless hours and streamlined my workflow.

I like the streamlined timesheet system that empowers users to request additional time and modify their schedules with ease, subject to managerial approval.

It seamlessly syncs with JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, and Excel, offering robust features like interactive Gantt charts, customizable reports, and mobile accessibility for streamlined productivity.

Chief Operating Officer

Tracking time and login work that has been completed has been so much easy.

Their knowledgeable and non-pushy sales team, straightforward pricing, and efficient 30-day implementation plan ensured a smooth setup process.

Sales associate

It delivers on its promises by delivering effective portfolio, project and resource management, especially for budget-conscious PMOs.

A great project management tool that allows teams to collaborate and manage projects * Offers a range of features, including task management and time tracking, making it a comprehensive solution for project management.

CRM Administrator

The reports feature is great for meetings/presentations as you can easily switch between different chart views based on budget, timing, resources, etc.

It's task management features allow me to contact staff who don't even need to be logged in and it even sync Microsoft documents.

With WorkOtter, I am able to curate and monitor all Project, team and task management activities from a central point without having to integrate too many other apps.

I love the dashboard section on workOtter because I can see all I need to see in one place without having to scroll over and over again

Manage Gantt charts with ease, I love that workotter adapts quickly when changing the date on one dependency, quickly providing you with a visual representation of the project timeline.

Team members are easily tracked by them giving report on the task they are assigned to before the deadline

The ability to sync from Excel is so helpful, and the fact that you can do it with ease at the click of a button is incredible. But, the most impressive feature was the ability for WorkOtter to give real-time projections of hypothetical scenarios.

Data Analyst

With Gantt, Kanban and Agile views, we are able to customize our project management tools to fit the needs of our team.

Founder

What I like most about WorkOtter are the Gantt charts and task management tools.

The change has been a little bit off-putting to some of my coworkers, but since we previously used Microsoft Projects for much of this we have been able to easily sync everything between the old and new methods, so people can transition little at a time and at their own pace for the most part.

However, users can access the software via their browsers on their mobile devices, but some features may not be optimized for a smaller screen size.

Beauty Specialist

There is a good reporting system for any type of project scope.

The only room for improvement I can conceive related to aesthetics, but this isn’t the point of the software. While visual improvements to make the look sleeker may enhance the UI, if WorkOtter wants to make improvements, the changes will be easy to implement.

Additionally, the ability to integrate with other popular tools has saved us time and improved collaboration across multiple teams.

Lead developer, overall Project Manager.

It has an excellent user experience and it has a simple, quick, and user-friendly Gantt chart.

Technical Support Specialist

Easy customizability as well as features that enable users to edit, build their own dashboards and reports and share them with others help projects run flawless and smooth.

All in all, we really appreciate the intuitive design of WorkOtter and its ability to integrate with other productivity tools.

Took some wait time to get things up and running but that was really down to us having to switch over our systems well enough to make sure we're getting the best out of the new one as advised by their team.

I can also see status of other team member status and the collaboration in real time.

For PM the grant chat is great and tasks detailed view such as document management, and comments feature really help with communicating.

With the rapid expansion of our company, we did not want to lose a track of all running projects.

Unfortunately, there is no native mobile app for users to access on the go

Reimbursement Specialist

The features allow you to manage what you need and perfectly organized.

Technical Project Manager

Overall: This is a thoughtfully designed platform, particularly for technical project management, no matter your team member's individual skill set.

Our PM team expanded but there was no PMO, so we had to learn our way around.

Supply Chain Specialist

The ease of which you can manage your dashboard so you can see possible risks as soon as you sign in is perfect for making sure all projects run smoothly.
