Trello is great for team task management

2018-11-16

Pros

I work on a team with several people and Trello makes it easy to delegate tasks to others in a quick and easy fashion. Great iOS and desktop app support make this a must have for any team environment.

Cons

I only wish Trello had better integrations with CoSchedule, but

CoSchedule helps planning out marketing releases simple

2019-01-28

It's been okay getting to know it, but I just don't think it's won me over as anything more than just an online calendar.

Pros

The ease of being able to add events within our company's calendar and then get a production line open was quick with CoSchedule.

Cons

The pricing was higher for our company than others like Trello.

A Great CoScheduler for a Business with a Budget

2019-01-19

Pros

For my small business I tried a free demo of this platform and was pretty satisfied with the UX. It was easy to use and the coloring of the folders and checklists made it easy to understand.

Cons

We did not have the budget to go further than the demo and honestly something like Trello or Asana will suffice for the work we do.

Probably better for teams

2018-03-08

Not as many benefits as I had hoped, but it is helpful to have my blog posts scheduled out for the year all at once on all platforms.

Pros

I like that I can post ideas and have my list for the month right in front of me, but truthfully, I have found I can do the exact same thing in Trello. I love the way I can set up templates to strategically post my blog posts out again on social media for the entire year on all my social platforms.

Cons

I feel like there is so much more to this software that I am just not utilizing at this time as it is just me using it and not a team. I thought the social scheduling would be sup helpful for me, but again, for my purposes, there are other tools that will work for me that are simpler and less costly. The templates are great but the setup could be easier and quicker, in my opinion.
