Pros

It was a wonderful experience using them for my internal organizational needs as well as client boards. And it was amazing to have integrations to other tools to keep things flowing fast and easy.
It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties.
Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.

Pros

What i like most about Hitask is the ability to create and assign tasks. It is fast, safe and very secure.
Great for solo work, and great for collaboration too + powerful calendar.
Easy to use, clean interface, good collaboration tools and task assignment.

Cons

Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper.
And we were not working on major projects, we just needed to cut out the text messaging and relentless emails back and forth.
I dont like how the software doesnt really have any templates to it which can be extremely confusing at times; it has caused me to create my own templates which was annoying.

Cons

We are a team of two in our office and have found that sometimes with the day to day business, tasks get forgotten, mishandled, improperly followed up on, or worse - lost with Microsoft Outlook.
Tried to cancel within days of renewal CHARGED ME FOR WHOLE YEAR LOST MONEY.
The employees have no manners and want to patronize me as if I have no experience with software development. The responses I have been given are very misguided, short, and rude.
