Great team collaboration project management tool

Used it years ago - and it's better now

With the aid of Wrike's help portal and chat customer service, I learned a lot in a short period of time. With this application, you may generate databases of important information relevant to specific projects of any data type. Through the usage of its API, you may connect to, communicate to, and receive data from other programs you may already be using.

Intuitive Project Management System

Keeping my entire project life in Wrike, and also linking to Evernote as my reference library (putting links in each project as needed), as well as Google Docs/Sheets - which are integrated right into Wrike.  They also have a Zapier integration that's letting me add new Google Contacts right into a light CRM folder so I can follow up with them.

Glad to Have Found Wrike

I've used the Free,Professional, and  Business version of Wrike and I feel like the pricing option and features with all the plans are pretty fair. I've seen Wrike get adopted into a few groups in my area and there's been no critical complaints so far. 

I think that Wrike probably takes a bit more time to get familiarity with than some other services, mostly due to some design choices. But once acclimated, there's a lot of features that a user can opt for at a really competitive price. And for the moment, anyone can at least try it for free, which is a plus in my books.

Wrike is a suitable, strong PMS offering.

Like I mentioned the tool is great but the support is so weak that we are currently considering switching to either ZOHO projects (we already use other services from the family) or ClickUp (recently used for a bigger project/client as it was wished for from client side). It is really a shame since we got used to it already.

Great tool but weak support

While Wrike is a great software, has many different ways to view data, is a great organizational tool and so much more, it is easy to get tripped up in the views.  My team uses it for all projects, all tasks, onboarding etc.  The problem is that everyone has a preference as to how they want their folders, and views set up.  With that, you lose the one thing I wanted Wrike for, continuity. As a manager, I had to decide on the view that worked best and make everyone stick to it otherwise, it was like managing in Silos like before we had Wrike. Wrike does everything I need it to do and more which on the flip side makes life a lot easier.  It is very expensive though.  We are reviewing Zoho against it currently and the pricing will probably win over the functionality.
