A so big to-do-tool full of services, made to share and sync any daily task on any device in one tap!
Maybe to big, and too complex. Sorry if I am a mac user, but sometimes I've the impression users don't appreciate the simple tools. A to-do app doesn't really need too much to do, when you use calendars, bullet journals, trackers and more. If you feel the same, take a peek on Any.Do app!

Any.do is an easy to use software to managae and organize your tasks and schedule and keep a tab of you project(s) progress.
Any.do is on of the best softwares to keep you organized and manage your time to get it more productive. It let you organize all your tasks, appointments and event reminders in ine place. Its intuitive interface makes it super easy to use. As Any.do is cloud based, so it easily syncs across all your smartphone and computer devices without any problem or OS limitation. Its calendar feature is also very unique which along with pleasant themes also Integrates functions to keep a track of your progress and reminders. It also offers integrations with Google Calendar and Gmail. Inshort it is and excellent application to plan your schedule and manage tasks and get timely reminders so you don't miss on any important thing to do.
Any.do do not provide integration with Microsoft Calendar, which is sometimes a negative point for most of the business and people who works primarily with Microsoft 365 or it related softwares.

Good, I'd recommend it for others, but not over competitors like Wunderlist, Microsoft ToDo or others.
It's easy to use and has most of the features you expect from a todo app, works great for the most part.
Some sync issues from time to time, with tasks I set up or changed in the Android app not showing in the web ui, or vice-versa.

Any do is very useful to help you remember things to do, I use it all the time to remember what groceries to buy and what to do for home
It is very easy to use, the app is very good looking and it is very useful to remember things to do, I use it all the time for my home tasks
I wish I could share my tasks by other means with people that dont have the app, maybe being able to share with other task apps or drive

It is really good. i actually use any.do for the daily moments and to do for the integration with my ooutlook calendar. Any.do is more user friendly with less options to control. but the free ones get the job done perfectly
Any.do is very like microsoft TO DO in that it helps you organize your daily life. It depends on the characteristics that someone is looking if one is better than the other. TO DO is easier between both, but Any.do has a better widget system for your selphone integrated into your calendar. One of the best features is the ANY DO MOMENT. It puts your screen white and tells you one by one each assigment...
The payment. There are a lot of characteristics hidden behind a paywall, whcih i understand because its a third party product that needs funding. The integration with outlook would make it better and easier. And the integration with other apps has to be done with a third party app that has to be paid as well so it could be expensive.

Clean simple, easy-to-use app. It really can make everything easier to do.
I mostly use any.do for personal use, but it would easily work well for any business. It's a beautiful, clean app that does what it says it's going to do. The grocery list auto sort is crazy helpful. The morning check-in heads up is really handy for helping to set your priorities for the day.
There's nothing significant to complain about. It all works well. Maybe if there's one thing, the check-in after meetings - I have some recurring ones that I never want to be questioned about afterwards.

Any.do helps me be more productive, not letting me forget my tasks, and helps me organizing my day, I've been very happy with this app since a few years ago
Any.do keeps me organized in all my tasks, what I have to do for work and when and also my home tasks, what do I have to buy, service payments.
There are certain features that are only available with the Pro version, it´s understandable, so I guess I will have to pay for geolocation notifications

I use Any.do to manage tasks for side projects and my general day-to-day to-do lists.
I use Any.do to manage my personal calendar and tasks for side projects. It's deep and feature-rich, which can be more intimidating at first compared to alternatives, but it works extremely well. Its Google Calendar sync is great and it's built to do pretty much anything you could want.
The complexity can be a little off-putting at first. It isn't as easy to get started with as some other alternatives, but that's a byproduct of having more capabilities.

I really like to use Any.do as my main organizer to keep up with all my schedule task and event that are assign for me. Its sleek and minimal design let me focus on task on hand and not distracted from too cluttered dashboard design that other software do.
Any.do is really impactful for me in managing my list of daily task that i need to complete. All the tasks can be categorized into my personal task or my work task, and separate it into specific folder so it won't mix and induce confusion. Adding other media like picture and audio help me to be more accurate on the task details.
I would love to have a integration with my Microsoft calendar as it is my main calendar that i use in my desktop computer. It will help me to organized my time and event in my calendar easier as i only need to check it from one application.

AWFUL, I would not recommend this product to anyone
Nothing. Not user friendly. Do not waste your money.
Difficult to use. Do not invest in it. Poor customer service. They do not send notice of renewing and will not refund your money despite not using it on a regular basis.

I used Google Inbox for years and was very happy with it, but Any.do has been the best replacement I've found
It keeps my to do list straight. I love that it integrates with other things like Amazon Alexa and my Google Calendar
I'll always have this beef with any to do app after using Google Inbox for so long, but having my to do list completely integrated with my email was the best thing ever. Being able to flag an email and immediately turn it into a to do item was perfection, and Any.do does not offer that functionality.

Overall, Any.do is the best application I used to combine making to-do lists and scheduling tasks on a calendar. I definitely recommend this.
I really like the integration of Google Calendar to Any.do the most! It allows me to keep track of my appointments while scheduling my daily tasks easily.
I feel that what needs to be improved in this software is its real-time connection with Google Calendar. I would like to see that whatever changes I made there would automatically reflect in my Any.do.

This to-do list tracking software is easy to use and has all the features I need to plan my day and week.
Not sure if I can enable geolocation so it lets me know if I'm close to a location related to a task in my list.

It’s so easy to use! I’ve tried almost every to do app and always go back to Any.do! It works great with Apple Reminders.
I would love to have more premium features but the subscription is a little pricey. I always use multiple devices.

Great, I really like how the team keeps improving the UI and capabilities over time,
It's the easiest To-Do app in the market with really good interfaces for both Web & mobile (I use Android), and has a lot of nice touches that make the user experience very smooth. When I recommend a To Do app for someone who's trying to get their life more organized that's the first one I recommend
It's great for the new To-Do user, but for the more experienced user it still lacks some advanced functionality such as keyboard shortcuts when typing a task or allowing the user to type "Monday 13:30" in the task description and have the app understand that's when you want the reminder. As I became a really heavy user (dozens of tasks managed concurrently)I ended up moving to another app at some point for the advanced functionalities (not the same consideration as a light / new user)

Overall I love using any.do to help me stay on top of everything that I have going on, or coming up.
I am a huge fan of anything that helps with organization, especially to do/checklists. I used to just use my notes app but that was not as organized as any.do. What I love the most is that you can list things that need to be done immediately, things to do in the future, things coming up, and things that you hope to get to some day.
I think that any.do could be confusing for those who are looking for a simple, basic application. There are a lot of options and I can see how that might be too much for some people.

The only thing I constantly have on my person is my smart watch, I loved Any.do since I could still use it and get reminders.
I love that there's an app for my phone and watch. I also love using the daily planner, calendar, and budgeting. I finish my To-Do lists since I'm focused and get reminders. To-Do/tasks don't have to include a time. Any.do asks what my focus is in the morning and helps with that goal. I haven't seen that in any other app.
I want it to be user friendly and I want more in the free part of the app, or lower cost altogether. I also want a note category.

Using Any.do in my day to day work was easy, it integrated easily with my calendar as well. Overall Todoist won in terms of functionality and features. But I may consider going back to Any.do some day.
Any.do is easy to use, streamlined task management app.
When I last used it, it could not be as omnipresent and multi-platform as my go-to to do list app (Todoist).

There are a lot of ways to label or tag your to do lists. The notifications can either be seen as helpful or hurtful, depending on the situation.
The notifications can get annoying, especially when you want to procrastinate!

This app is so easy to use, with a clean design and cool features. You manage and keep your to-do lists with all your devices very easily.
Sometimes I get the impression the user experience could be improved, this is because sometimes the way to erase the lists, or to add details such as sub-lists or reminders are not so intuitive or functional to speed up the time of use of the app.

overall any.do is a great choice for creating a more productive way of managing the things with very efficient task management and to do list and task alerts.
The interface is very user friendly, the task updating is very handy and the sync is also perfect. this all has levelled up my work performance. also the to do list interface is very good and hence becomes useful. in addition a lot of personalization can be done using different productivity tools.
regarding the things that i didn't like would include the slow functioning of the task editing. that needs to be even more improved and need to be made available even on double click. otherwise the rest of the things i found perfect.

The web application and the phone application are both great! It's a very simple to-do list app that gets the job done. I love the simple interface.
What makes it great is that it's so simple! But if you need a more robust project management tool, it probably wouldn't be a great fit.

Any.do hits the nail on the head with their product that is simple to set up and start, easy to use, clean and snappy, and acknowledgers with time on your side that life in the real word requires other adult integration (soccer coach, piano teacher, all the cousins about grandma's surprise party, nanny, parenting, etc) and it doesn't have to be a pain or a problem...that makes my life less painful and helps take away my problems--thank you Any.do!
This app is loaded with features and customization but executed in a way that doesn't waste your time clunking around "learning" how to make a to do list...the manufacturers must have assumed most their users found them with a general knowledge of the to-do list. It's also user-friendly looking, navigating, and utilizing. Thumbs up to the sync and share options that link to your contacts and calendar for quickness and extra ease of use!
It would have been nice to have better customization options for the phone (Android) widget, but other than that, no complaints.
