I'm a people person so it really means a lot to me when the people I work with are helpful and kind. Everyone I've interacted with at Briq has been an absolute pleasure.
The lack of accountability, the deliverable structure was always off, they keep trying to double my contract value while providing no return.
On top of all of this, the BOT workflows we have put into place with Briq have saved our admin team a lot of time. Not sure how we worked before them to be honest.
It is a bit confusing to understand how Briq works but probable is a result of not having the time to dedicate to Briq.
The ease that the bots do the work is great. We've saved a lot of time, energy, and money.
There are no criticisms that come to mind at this time.
We have solved the double entry we were doing, our marketing department likes all of the data collection, and we are working on a better cash flow reporting. The Briq team is incredible.
The User Interface is great, AP Automation is very helpful and Revenue Forecasting is much easier now.
We've saved a lot of time and money with their platform. I highly recommend them for firms wanting to automate manual processes or connecting disparate databases.

The support staff is responsive and usually solve my problems within 1 business day.

We really like the plugin and it covers all our needs. The reporting is great and helps us to keep track of all the projects costs.
The inability to have multiple filters to one cost tracker setup to give a complete picture is an issues. Also the manual grouping of issues within a cost tracker.
Cost Tracker is easy to use and so powerful in its ability to visualize what is otherwise commonly hidden in spreadsheets.
Sometimes I don't trust the system 100. The problem is that when you create a project and then add a new ticket, you have to open the project in the cost tracker first to see the current status.
Complete integration with Jira. It's a huge help for us that we can book time directly on support tickets and then use the cost tracker to see how profitable a project is.
Complete feature set, a bit difficult to use at the beginning.
A few months in and we're very happy and expanding our use of Tempo.
The only hard part was moving from Jira Server to Jira Cloud, but we were able to move server data to cloud as expected.
Ease of use, pricing, integration with Jira and other systems, ability to export data.
It’s great to have a Birdseye view of our costs across many projects and programmes and be able to distinguish between cost rates and billable rates.

Very easy to setup, first charts are online in a matter of minutes.
Easy time tracking, budgeting features with many advanced options.

Primarily that the UI and accessibility of the platform are fantastic. It's super easy to use, and nearly all of the features have work-flows that make logical sense.
Save yourself the trouble, expense and grief of having to trial and cancel this software. They do not support their product and they will not stop charging your card when you request they do so.
Very comprehensive with many very useful modules that are simply not offered at many other vendors. Superb customer support.
Over 1 dozens emails requesting that they cancel our account were completely ignored. We filled a fraud claim with our bank and blocked them from continuing to charge us.
They have excellent customer support; these people love what they do. There's no contracts (true month-to-month), no setup fees - only monthly subscription.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a software company. The software is absolute garbage and crashes CONSTANTLY.
Setup support is excellent, and Vorex is simple to use. It's perfect for a workforce on different locations.
Do not believe a word of the the FAKE positive reviews on this site. The company is run by dishonest thieves who almost certainly wrote these other reviews themselves.
Vorex stood out as a winner in my opinion because. It is very easy to use with intuitive screens and functions.

It took less than a week to implement and have working for our team at Upstream Professionals Inc. And the team at Vorex is very responsive to helping out with learning the system.
It has been versatile enough that we can customize it to meet our unique and specific needs. It has helped out team to be able to work together better and track reporting better.
It is a good idea to try your product first to see if it meets the requirements that you have in your work situation.

Overall experience is very good as it has very vast feature. It's very user friendly and easy to understand so employee can use it.
Also there is no simplified solution if your forget your password. I personally get anxious and feel the urge to write my Zing password everytime I change it has got blocked sometimes.
Overall experience with ZingHR has been outstanding. You can customize it to suite your needs.
Sometimes the app lags especially during puching in and out.
The UI is super clear and crisp. The notifications regarding the actions required are instant and the approval of leaves are also instant.
Some time its just stop taking punch in and ounch out.
There is so benefit to use this software as employee are fully to be controller. And easy to find all the necessary documents and other.
Employee Leave, Expense and Payroll implementation.
As because this software is fantastic for use all the thing like my Pay slip, Attendance ETC.
It manages all employment-related data. It has wonderful packages that solve most HR maintenance problems.
