My360 is a cloud-based virtual tour solution, which helps Estate agents, Architects, Interior Designers, Dealerships and Professional Photographers create unlimited interactive tours using their 360º images taken with an instant 360º camera or DSLR stitched photography. The platform enables users to personalize online tours with custom content, add call-to-action (CTA) buttons and include descriptions with links to websites or social media channels. Furthermore, the user can upload floorplans, create Pop Ups with video, text and still images and the software is also available in white label so you can add your own branding and My360 offers a free Live Video Chat in every virtual tour.
Other features of My360 include embeddable maps, multiple tours, video/animated introductions, a quick access menu, a multilingual interface, Google Street View support, multiple user accounts, and more. Its built-in client database allows the user to email preview links of images to customers. Its embedding functionality lets users add virtual tours to websites, listing portals, or Facebook. Besides, users can implement a contact form, in order to request contact details to provide access to virtual tours.
My360 includes an analytics functionality, which enables teams to add a custom analytics code to their virtual tour to gather real-time insights into the number of views, click rates, returning clients, and more. Plus, the system assists agents with creating different versions of virtual tours to display specific areas of a property. The solution allows users to upload images and access files via mobile devices.
