Twitter has helped us to solve the question around our business of how do we connect with our customers and our community and a new and meaningful way.
Twitter has such a phenomenal following and it’s such an amazing platform that it makes sense for businesses like ours to utilize their services as a way to reach clients and the community as a whole.
I can’t say that I have a lot of complaints about the usage of this service but I would say there is a lot of noise in the newsfeed that becomes burdensome but you can just Unfollow or block.

The user friendly interface, a great search engine and great customization options with profiles make Twitter the ideal social media platform to truly know and understand the opinions of people.
It is hard to keep the app regulated with so much users, it's very easy for there to be moments that go against TOS. The app has horrible customer service and there are alot of features that crash very often due to bad optimization.

Overall twitter is a reliable social networking platform which easily allows you to share information and it always has the latest news on politics, sports, celebrity news etc.
What i like the most about twitter is the fact that it is free. Twitter is a great social networking platform with the ability to connect and share information worldwide and most importantly it is accessible to everyone. It is extremely quick and easy to use and navigate and an added bonus is it can be used on both a computer or on your phone
What i do not particularly like about twitter is the 250 character limitation on all tweets as well as the video size limitation, these can definitely be improved.

Twitter is really easy to use. It keeps me insomuch with the latest news and informative content both locally and international.
I personally think Twitter should incorporate live stream.

I found Twitter is one of the leading influencer tool. Any news or brands become so influencing if they trend on Twitter. As compared to other social channel twitter have more genuine user.
Account hake would be a serious problem coming in Twitter in a few years.
