The only thing I have seen lacking the ability to edit units once a requests is sent in (just if someone enters wrong) and the ability to delete un-needed emails sent.

There was 30 years worth of member info and It saved us at a minimum of 200 key strokes per member and at 1100 members I calculate the total key stokes at +200,000 and 100s of employee hours.

We use a shared email for official HOA communications, such as when dealing with insurance or mortgage lenders. While I can manually change the email address that emails are sent from to the official HOA email, when I send out reminders for a survey, it doesnt give me that option and automatically sends it with my personal email address.

From an admin side, I like the owner database, the ability to upload and organize files, and the ability to pull reports when needed.

Switching to PayHOA has significantly reduced my time commitment because we set payment schedules, reminders, workflow for Architectural requests etc. and it all works flawlessly!

I also don't see any obvious bugs while I am using PayHOA, they have an integrated virtual bot can talk to support and find relevant information on how to use the product.

PayHOA is very easy to use, a simple UI with all the features, I like the group broadcast feature a lot, it makes the HOA board member life easier to send announcement to all the members without pasting all the emails.

The security is important to my customers and for my business so it helps to know that there are not bugs and issues that come across.

Owners can pay dues via ACH or card, and automatic reminders are a big help in cutting down on late payments.

It is a wonderful tool for the office; it's just learning all the little details without having someone to sit and provide training, that is a bit stressful.   As we continue to learn all PAYHOA offers we find ourselves becoming more organized and excited about the updates as they come out.

I especially like that when PayHOA deposits credit card payments, I can click on the deposit and see exactly all of the items that comprise that deposit including lot numbers.

The feature we use the most and that I appreciate is the ability to communicate directly with homeowners about a wide range of issues, whether it be our monthly calendar, violations, pool operations or just about contractors being in the neighborhood.

This is important because Associations frequently tack on other fees, using separate invoices for things such as legal & collection expenses, violations, etc., which should be paid immediately. As it stands, only fees tacked onto a particular invoice is required to be paid, when a member selects to pay an invoice.

It has everything we need to communicate with our neighborhood from notices, violations, dues and payment information, along with meeting dates.

The price point, financial transactions system, bank synchronization, are my top 3 items as far as what makes this software stand out.

We use it for accounting, monthly dues collection and are able to even communicate regularly with all owners.

Some of our board members are not the most tech people and while they need access to admin rights it would be best they could switch that off so they don't do something wrong.

The software is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes handling payments and communication seamless for both board members and residents.

Starting in mid-2024 we've loaded homeowner data for our 114-unit condo and are using homeowner invoicing/payment tracking; Maintenance forms; Document storage and several other functions - will start using the financial reporting components in 2025.

PayHOA was originally designed for self-managed community associations, so the only thing we could possibly wish for as a portfolio management company would be more options to seamlessly integrate settings and templates across multiple client accounts.

It allows you to track current and previous homeowners, offers both credit card and bank AFT online bill payments, it has a repository for storing community documents and it offers email communications for receipt of payments, late notices, etc.

There are some issues with the Accounting aspects and frustrations for our Corporate Treasurer and Activities Treasurer are mounting.

Another timesaving free service is the bank lockbox which scans, reports and credits owners accounts if you use the Western Alliance bank.
