The only thing I have seen lacking the ability to edit units once a requests is sent in (just if someone enters wrong) and the ability to delete un-needed emails sent.

From an admin side, I like the owner database, the ability to upload and organize files, and the ability to pull reports when needed.

As a self-managed HOA, we rely heavily on our pressurized irrigation system, and when there is a shutoff or maintenance issue, being able to notify every resident right away has been huge.

Unfortunately, there is a significant time lag in the actual delivery sometimes up to 2 1/2 weeks and even when selecting (and paying the surcharge) first class it still takes 10+ days to deliver.

Community feedback has been great and those on the board that are using the software enjoy the visibility, accessibility and being able to track how we are doing overall financially and other items.

The recent software updates have introduced numerous glitches and are compelling users to adopt their system, such as printing checks despite having our own solutions.

Bank reconciliation takes less than 5 minutes each month to complete. And setting up monthly report packets is quick & easy, which means (as the Administrator)

Day-to-day tasks like posting announcements, managing owner information, and collecting assessments are straightforward.

PayHOA took over those tasks and also let us accept credit card payments, which many of our homeowners had been asking for.

Paying HOA dues is convenient, and the system generally works as expected. While I would appreciate clearer connections between transactions and how payments are applied to HOA dues, that has been my only minor concern.
