It's a very complex software with a lot of capabilities so it takes some time to refine and learn.

I have contacted customer support several times without a response.

The staff said that they would not issue a refund and that we would still be charged for the remaining 2 months (of the 90 day period).

We investigated the product for another week and had a meeting scheduled to sit down with them again and see if we could still make it work.

DoorLoop responds to inquires immediately & follows through on a personal level until we fully understand the answer to our problems. If we have a problem that is not available with DoorLoop, they look into integrating a solution for our problem.

Are biggest con is the size of the max invoice $10,000 is not a large amount for commercial real estate, having the cap be larger would make full integration easier.  

There are times that if you dont follow the recommended steps to do an event, such as lease renewal, you can screw up the property, and need to go to technical support to clear it up.  

Doorloop combines the bookkeeping I need with all of the property management features and tools you must have to be a successful landlord.
