Soft4Leasing is an on-premise and cloud-based lease management software designed to help businesses handle and streamline the entire leasing lifecycle, from quoting and application management to contract generation and reporting. Supervisors can create disbursement schedules for suppliers or insurers, calculate the total number of installments, and terminate leasing contracts according to requirements.
Soft4Leasing allows organizations to define conditions for application approval processes and utilize the vetting tool to verify applicants’ submitted details, including employment and credit references. Managers can include multiple parties in a single application, such as guarantors, directors, partners, co-applicants, next-of-kin, and more. It also lets users maintain a record of leased assets and automatically calculate customers’ credit scores on a centralized platform.
Equipment dealers can use the web portal to generate quotes for clients, fill credit or lease applications, and submit them to finance companies for approval. Other features of Soft4Leasing include document templates, interest calculation, electronic signatures, work order management, general ledger, and more.
