Our members really like this software before we transitioned to Vantaca. Having the integration made for a smoother transition.

I'm not sure what they do with this platform, but I know my Accounts Payable use it everyday.

We use Avid for all of our vendors to keep track of invoices, payments, etc

It is an API connection to send new ownership information; we only use this at 2 HOAs that already had BuildingLink for package logging and distribution.

Some of our managers like to use this as an add on for a pretty website and professional branded communications.

The database from Vantaca flows to Election Buddy. It does not recognize that the communication preferences are why the emails do not go through. this would help.
