Overall the experience has been great. The customer service has been really helpful with molding the app to fit what we need.
The only con is that we can not schedule inspections within the app. This must be done on desktop which can be inconvenient if you're on the road and have a last minute inspection.

I understand the functionality that location access provides for facilitating productivity, but off of work hours, I find myself disabling location permissions which is tedious after every day.

My experience are very good because customer care work’s very fast and help a lot to resolve all my questions.
And the customer service is subpar. Also the integretion with the OTA is terrible I have to rewrite and acommodate property description in all of them because of syncing errors or bad code.
One of the things I love most about Jurny is their AI virtual assistant for guest communication. It's like having a personal assistant that can help you handle all the back-and-forth with guests.
KB is horrible with vague video guides with no audio, articles poorly written.
Its interface is incredibly easy to use, and the customization options are fantastic. The customer support is exceptional, which makes it a top-of-the-line platform.
Security deposits were just complete shambles and in the entire 6 months haven't worked once. There were way too many issues to list them all but this is the worst company.
Amazing all-in-one Management Operating System. Easy to use and fair in price.
Wasted a lot of time and resources and ended up having to drop them.
The support team has been consistently helpful and responsive to all my questions.

When adding a property to a Payee I find that its hard to select a property when the box is so small.
It is very user friendly, reliable, affordable and the tech support and customer service are exceptional. Highly recommend it for all phases of managing your property.
Anything not ideal isn't a big enough deal for us to complain about.
Overall very good property management software. They are currently working on a new interface to help make the product easier to navigate and look better.
It could track violations issued by NYC issuing agencies better. Right now we have to track manually with the tickets.
The ease of use, is probably my best feature. Not to mention all the new features that are added pretty regularly, that make my life easier.
Remote is always available and ready to handle all our issues. They have creative ideas to resolve some of our specific needs.
Remote Landlord is powerful, all-encompassing and user-friendly. The web-based system is accessible from anywhere at any time.
We are excited to continue using this program.

Software easy to understand use, well laid out & support is always very helpful when required. Perfect for our needs as a small business.
When a user makes an error or wrong amount entered it sometime mean we have to delete everything and start again.
Hirum is reliable Easy to use Great support if needed.
Not real sure of any dislikes , l only stick with what l need and know how to use.
The ease of use we have 3 people that access Hirum 70% of their day. It is very user friendly and easily to become accustomed to.
Hirum has simplified our business needs greatly. I feel that we are not taking advantage of some of the aspects of Hirum and would like to see online seminars.
We find it gives us a great snapshot of bookings and helps us identify gaps that need filling.
The overall support from Hirum is excellent especially when our information needs are time critical.
During the on boarding the Team was very organised and structured and made sure all bases were covered. Also got a call on Friday afternoons to ask me how I was going regularly which I appreciated.
I also check the Cross Referencer & Managers Summary regularly as well this makes for a very simple EOM and EOM Roll. The most important thing is the support team.
Cannot fault the great team on the other end. Always helpful and strive to get the end result as required.
The Support Team understand english, are local and not off-shore.

First and foremost the customer service is awesome. They are all so nice and very helpful.
The WORST property management system I've seen in my 20+ year carrer.
All in all the program is wonderful and so affordable. Its perfect for a big corporation or the smallest of properties.
I only gave each area a 1 star review because I had to. There's NO stars for this in my book.
Admin is a piece of cake as well, i also love that you can add as many users as you want, customize their capabilities and send notifications to as many emails as you want as well.
For now, we only the total of the whole month. And we don't get dummy bookings for the NO SHOW.
Happy to the user - great solution for the new generation ahead.

Cirrus8 is a very user friendly commercial property management system. Dedicated support staff are very helpful and friendly and have a very prompt turn around time on any queries.
There is nothing to date that we dislike on the product.
Cirrus8 is an excellent property accounting package that we are very happy with.
From where Iam, phone signal is weak. But I understand it is to hinder a possible breach.

We have enjoyed using Cirrus and really appreciate the ongoing effort to always improve and add new features to an already well-rounded property management software.

Support team is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Clean interface, great integrations.
TOPS software is the worst association management software there is. If you call up with a system wide problem they will show you how to fix it in one community, and then tell you to do the rest.
I am extremely happy that it is tailored for HOA Management. The support team is fantastic.
