Management team and customer service is outstanding. As they build their product, you can genuinely tell they want to succeed.
I mostly use for Twitter and the search tool is really bad. There are also some content formats, such as poll, that I can't post with the software, something that makes my life pretty hard.
We have been very happy with our Sprinklr partnership - if your company has the budget to support the (expensive) tool, then I think it is definitely worth it.
For someone who has limited knowledge of social queries and Boolean logic, it can be hard to get used to the set-up to create queries and keywords.
I also love how easy it is to clone posts from other accounts on our handles and to share content across different platforms. I really like the Social Listening aspect as well.
Depending on the social network it is even more limited, as in the case of Linkedin.
I also love that you can track your metrics easily within Sprinklr. We use their tagging system and it makes it helpful for tracking how we performed on social for events or launches.
In addition, it is hard to tag others in Facebook/LinkedIn posts when publishing through Sprinklr, as the platform isn't integrated enough to correctly tag.

They are automatically sorted by date of acquisition and easy to sort by other parameters. I like the ability to pin notes to the top of the individual leads and create tasks with reminders.
They provide bad leads and most of the leads are of no use. Its completely waste of your time and money.
Its a great system, great product, does exactly what they say it does. It works if you work it, my Team loves it.
The poor-quality leads, Bad Names, Bad Phone Numbers, Bad E-mails.
The training was top notch and they truly seemed to be an advocate for your success. We were successful almost immediately with a good ROI & client stream.
Since I have been using this lead service I have received over 400 leads most of them bad leads and have sold 1 home.
Love the website, the customer support is awesome, professional and very responsive.
We will be reviewing other lead generators who have a more successful ROI for us - too bad really - sich a disappointment.

Everything else has been nothing short of frustration, headaches, words upon words, waste of time and anger.
I like that there is a team constantly evolving and improving the functionality of the system, and that there are weekly webinars to communicate the benefits and uses of the software.
No way to pull info from Google Calendar. Have to start from scratch or not use calendar inside program which is dumb.
This is a high functioning software and after using a different interface that was much superior I was so pleased with the selection. Honestly - we underutilize all that Brivity can do.
Sounds ludicrous, I know, but I really can't think of anything to put in the "con" column.
I've used a handful of CRMs before joining my current team and I have never gotten the kind of support and consistent training (with awesome people, I might add!) that I get with Brivity.
The web builder is limited and clunky. Customizing features sometimes disappear with heavy editing as if the system gets overworked and needs rebooted.
Amazing customer support. Always improving and implementing new features to make our business easier.
My experience has been smooth through the whole process. There is a consistent flow of new features that are always ironing out the kinks and the support team is amazing.
The UI/UX is very functional and intuitive. Customer support is fantastic as well - I get answers to questions/concerns on the same day.
Love is and wished I went into it years before I did.
It is very easy to use and consistently is being updated with new features to make growing our business easier.

We have effortlessly been able to connect (with great conversion) with recruits in our market. Also, customer service has been incredibly helpful anytime an issue has come up.
The term "backlog" was a bit confusing at first. Might make more sense to label it something else.

When recruits text back sometimes it can be hard for me to tell who they are on my phone. I have my phone to delete texts after 30 days and so I lose their name in the text after that.
I have always gotten top notch service from support. They are great about helping me integrate the latest data from BrokerMetrics when I have asked for help.
Sometimes I have to search around to find a title or task. For instance, once a recruit has been hired, there's no button to click to move them to retention.
I am very pleased with BrokerKit and am impressed with what is possible to do with it.
Sometimes I have difficulty following the instructions, particularly about importing, merging and updating data.
Very happy working with Brokerkit. I could not be as successful without it.
