Aerogest-Online is an online management platform for flying-club activities. Planes, pilots, instructors, and flights, plus all profiles and movements, are included. Once installed on the club system, the software can be viewed and managed online by each stakeholder.
Aerogest-Online is designed to optimize flying-club management. The planning tool for managing both planes and instructors has a reservation system. An integrated messaging feature keeps everyone in the club informed and streamlines the scheduling process. The pilot file includes all the information required to monitor their activity, with information and alerts that can be deployed for accounting and administrative purposes.
Each flight departure is controlled according to rules defined upstream. If these instructions are not carried out, this could lead to disqualification. Pilots must file a return debriefing, which must then be validated.
All flying-club activities can be entered directly into the accounts and, therefore, be included in invoice calculations.
