Having to choose "confirm" from the prompt when making appointments takes additional time.

Bugs pop up on occasion, and sometimes the user-friendly design can feel as though it limits your ability to have granular control of everything.

In addition, our corporate office was told that when we use CA remotely on a tablet outside our cafe, for example at our pickleball courts, that there is no functionality to conduct Apple or Google pay transactions.

I work in the membership department, and I feel that this is so much better of a platform to track and manage our members, types of memberships, and pulling out reports for budgeting.

I love that I can view my personal and team's schedule all in one location.

There are far better, more flexible, and more user-friendly solutions available, and choosing Club Automation was a mistake I would not repeat.

Support is slow, inconsistent, and frequently unhelpful, especially when problems are time-sensitive.
