Pros and cons

I like that we can register individuals for programs as well as them going into their own account to register themselves. I like the face of the homepage and the ease of navigating through the site.
The ease of use, very user friendly and easy to help our customers through the site when I'm dealing with them over the telephone.
It is a win win for our community. It has eliminated the over time costs for in person registration.
One thing I dislike about the software is that you are unable to send just a text message. It only allows you to send an email and a text message to all the families.
Whenever I have a question I call customer service, and if no one is available to take my call which is rare, I leave a message and someone gets back to me in a short time.
Redundant unnecessary pages need to be completed for each registration, a big problem on busy registration days. Frequent locking up and freezing.
