Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

How GetApp ensures transparency

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Pros

“The platform covers all the essentials—programming, client communication, and tracking—while also offering strong on-demand studio features, recipe books, and meal planning tools that add real value for clients.”

Chelsea K.

Owner

“Additionally, they like the format and interface on how to integrate their measurements in before and after photos how they can see the side-by-side and it allows them to see the changes then and there”

Fernando D.

CPT

“I can build personalised training programs, assign habits and tasks, monitor progress, share nutrition resources and communicate directly with clients without needing several separate apps.”

Dean S.

Health Advisor

Pros

“Support wait times lengthen onboarding, and security features demand thorough setup to manage client data for multisite accounts.”

Juan S.

Senior Consultant

“The only thing I would change is the ability to upload programs that a trainer has already designed without having to recreate the program.”

Doug B.

Program Director

“It had been so useful and allowing me to adapt and change to online training and not just in person.”

Michael M.

Owners

Cons

“There's a limit to the number of resources collections clients can have in their on-demand and I find the creation of workout programs with the manual need to copy and paste workouts to another week can be very time consuming, as well as if I change something in a workout I have to go into each workout after manually that I wish to update that exercise.”

Amy J.

Women's Strength Coach

“Not officially compliant with healthcare privacy policy for regulated professionals (i.e. HIPAA, PIPEDA for chiros, physios, athletic therapists, RMTs, etc).”

Katie W.

Coach and Physiotherapist

“Is when I want to just like a message from a client I am not able to like or 'heart' just the message. Like you can on FB, IG or instant phone messages.”
