Independent research methodology

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“It completely automates the administrative side of the business, leaving coaches free to focus 100% on what matters: delivering an exceptional client experience and driving elite physical transformations on the gym floor.”

oli j.

Director

“Flawless All-in-One Ecosystem: Natively combining elite workout logging, custom nutrition targets, client messaging, and automated billing inside one app eliminates the need for multiple expensive subscriptions.”

oli j.

Director

“Managing international clients, delivering customized training and nutrition plans, and tracking their daily metrics in one central place works seamlessly.”

Kacper K.

Personal Trainer

Pros

“Support wait times lengthen onboarding, and security features demand thorough setup to manage client data for multisite accounts.”

Juan S.

Senior Consultant

“The only thing I would change is the ability to upload programs that a trainer has already designed without having to recreate the program.”

Doug B.

Program Director

“It had been so useful and allowing me to adapt and change to online training and not just in person.”

Michael M.

Owners

Cons

“The user interface on the mobile app can sometimes feel slightly cluttered, which occasionally leads to small navigational bugs or lag when loading heavy workout history databases.”

Kacper K.

Personal Trainer

“The nutrition side I think could do with a little work as lots of foods aren’t recognised when scanning and also the fact that nutrition logged by clients in MyFitnessPal does then not report back to me, so I can’t see their day to day nutrition.”

Georgie R.

Personal Trainer

“My clients cannot seem to figure ut how to save a session mid workout and continue at another time, and they have wish the progress/tracking for exercises came with more detail, for example "you increased your lat pulldown by 27%!"”

Sander B.

Personal Trainer and Footballer

Cons

“The drag function for move order when programming doesn't work brilliantly.”

Miles P.

Personal Trainer

“It won't work with YouTube shorts as far as I can tell, and I had to figure that out without a popup saying what I did wrong.”

Ryan K.

Fitness Coach

“Otherwise, I wish the video could play in the app without stopping music but I understand there are technical difficulties there.”
