I pinged support on Jul 31st to request cancellation and they assured me our subscription was cancelled. And then like clock work, on our next billing cycle we were charged $1400.

The system is glitchy, the calendar takes 24 hours to update which is completely pointless for quick business changes.

The system is also extremely slow and despite using different laptops, several browsers, PC and Mac and various internet connections, I get fobbed off that its an issue at my end. Yet when I reset filters it works straight away. But then slows down again very quickly afterwards.

There are occasional glitches, especially when parents try to add multiple children to bookings, which can cause some confusion.

I wish there was a way for monthly members to book more than 30 days in advance to prevent waitlists and frustration.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription as a gym and studio owner, and it took a month before I received a confirmation about cancelling my membership. Despite multiple emails, calls, and submitted tickets. Since then, I've ben trying to get my data migrated to a new system and am once again begin ghosted.

It has helped me the overall running of the studio as it has saved me some time of the tasks I used to do manually.

They do integrate with Kisi, but having to have members go to a separate app is not my favorite.

October arrived and I’m not sure if the app had an update or what occurred but all the sudden without any change to the schedule/availability on my end and (in fact the back end shows my correct hours), clients can all the sudden book appointments well into the night all the way to 2 am.

Automation and organization of leads and clients is excellent.

Now that I have finally gotten a hold of Customer success managers [sensitive content hidden], I have been able to have very productive meetings and correct a lot of inefficiencies and incorrect setups that were not correct during the onboarding process.

I understand that these things cost money, obviously. But we ended up switching to a platform that put the cost on the members in a fair and balanced way.

It is very awkward and rather than giving suitable direction it tells potential clients that they are "Inelligible" to attend classes, which kills off the relationship before they have paid  for a class or turned up

Also when creating staff. Upon deleting them, you can't use the same emails unless you change it again, despite it being deleted.

The reporting features of Gloflox helped with data-driven decision-making by offering insightful information about member engagement and attendance trends. Despite the fact that my experience with Gloflox was purely observational, it showed how well the program can handle gyms.

It appears that the contract primarily serves to protect GloFox from customer dissatisfaction and the implications of its practices.

Not being able to have a data capture pop up on my page, but I learnt it was due to my membership.

You will get someone from customer service to answer, but no one that can actually help with an issue.   If you end up needing to speak to a manager, you will never get a response.

I dont think glowfox is any different than any other company nowadays moving to automation

I feel like there are some costs and features that aren't well explained in order to possible get extra add ons purchased.

The quarter ends in March, that is 6 months of non answers and no fixes and last week a new issue has arrived.

Businesses may adapt the platform to their own needs, including branding and member communication, thanks to the software's customization capabilities.

Being in higher ed, we can get busy really fast once the semester has started, [sensitive content hidden] did a great job of checking in and making sure we have everything we need.

If you are ok with waiting 48 hours to fix any issues you have with your Glofox app, then you will be fine.  

So far pretty good, I am still getting the hang of using the system with customers as it does seem like you have to allow them to run into issues before everything works smoothly.

That I can’t edit payment dates for presale myself, we have to go through the technical team.

One major defect is that not all customers get emailed when pressing forgot password.

They will not refund unused paid months of their worthless service.   If all you want is software where people register and book themselves into classes then this will work for you.   If you want more out of your gym software management then this is not the product for you.

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding my recent experience with GloFox. While I appreciate the friendly demeanor of the staff, I have unfortunately encountered significant challenges with support from both the staff and management.

Research all your options as there are platforms for £10 a month that do the same.

My onboarding rep was not knowledgeable and frequently responded to my questions with “I’ll find out” and then to never provide a straight answer-

That I spent so much money on a platform that was unnecessary for my business and the company still decided to upsell what I didn’t need.
