What is Gymvio?
Gymvio is all-in-one coaching software for personal trainers who work with clients in person and online. It replaces spreadsheets, PDFs, and scattered messaging apps with a single system for running a coaching business.
Trainers build workout programs from a global exercise library (or their own custom exercises) and nutrition plans backed by a searchable food database, then export polished PDF plans for clients. Progress is tracked via custom measurement types, graphs, a photo gallery, and a training diary.
Built-in scheduling covers online consultations, in-person meetings, and workouts, with compliance tracking on each session. Trainers and clients communicate through one-to-one chat, broadcast messages, an AI assistant, and an in-app help desk.
Gymvio also supports sellable client packages, white-label branding, and Paddle billing, plus an installable mobile app for clients. Free for one client; premium unlocks unlimited clients.
