ITGallery overview
What is ITGallery?
ITGallery is management software for art galleries, artists and collectors. It keeps artworks, contacts, sales, documents and email campaigns in one system, so a change made in one place shows up everywhere it belongs.
Each artwork record holds its details, images, documents, provenance, location and movement history. From there you can generate PDF or Word documents with your logo: fact sheets, certificates, lists, wall labels, portfolios and dossiers. The contact database keeps each collector's interests, conversations, offers and purchases together.
Sales cover offers, reservations, invoices, payments and outstanding balances, as well as artist commissions and settlements. Showrooms are private online viewing rooms: password-protected selections in several languages, with your branding, the prices you choose to show and statistics on which works get the most interest. Email marketing is included in the license.
The free app for iPhone, iPad and Android works offline and syncs when the connection is back. You can present artworks at a fair, share them by WhatsApp or email and take card payments in any currency.
All plans include unlimited artworks, the app and updates. Pricing is per plan, not per user, with no lock-in. Data is hosted on AWS in Ireland with daily backups. The ITGallery team migrates data from Excel, CSV, FileMaker and other art management software. 15-day free trial, no credit card required.
