We're currently handling annual registration fees on an individual basis by checking the date the last one was billed, as we haven't been able to get together a report that combines the exact info we need to continue billing these our way.

Need more improvements to the new Camps (there were issues with getting athlete enrollments and reports for this are really basic), the payment surcharge feature was difficult to switch over to since we lost payment information (it was costly to save it).

Registration is straightforward for families, and the parent portal provides easy access to important information, schedules, payments, and account details.

While Jackrabbit is an outstanding platform overall, it does have a few unnecessary limitations when managing three independent programs within a single gym.

This software has helped us move from a small club with printed rosters to a modern company that has an app, online registration and e- payments.

I'm relatively new to Jackrabbit and can see that they have been and continue to constantly evolve and add functions to improve the system based on the feedback they receive from their users.

Even though it takes time to understand all the tools jackrabbit has it all for academies, schools and e.t.c

It has made our day to day processes so simple, the reports are amazing and we couldn't do our jobs with out it!

Lots of great features from scheduling, registrations, staff tracking, lesson plans etc.

The platform is organized, reliable, and makes managing our programs much easier.

Jackrabbit can do so much, that it takes a bit of getting used to. But, once you figure everything out it’s smooth sailing.

I would like the ability to create reports with specific information that I need, not just prefilled templates.

Very had to understand reports and sometimes transactions I also dont like the cost as its in US dollors and does not give us the flexability to debit bank accounts

I do like the location going to different bank accounts.
