I found some of the videos quite outdated for the exercise demos, I sometimes struggled to find a good form video and so uploaded a lot of my own instead.

It would be nice to have MFP syncing issues resolved and the ability to delete automated messages without manually deleting one at a time.

We can track and monitor almost everything required to see the progress.

Also, the instructions for the training week do not automatically come up when a client starts a session.

On the programming it is more geared towards traditional body building and hypertrophic workout, becomes very complicated when trying to program more metabolic conditioning workouts or mixed modal sessions.

Direct communication with my trainer through the app has been a really valuable feature.

Being a user I must say that one of the aspects that I liked the least about this platform is that it is a bit complicated to navigate at first.

There's no ability to select only certain foods.  

It doesn't use averages in the progress tab for nutrition or bodyweight - I hope they add this as I have to use a google sheet to personally calculate this at present.

It's a fair app to use,I find it easy to use particularly for a newly certified coaches looking  can create a presence online and market their services
