Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“I loved being able to upload custom workouts, videos, and progressions so clients could follow their plans clearly and confidently at home or in the gym.”

Kyle R.

Personal Trainer

“It would be nice to have MFP syncing issues resolved and the ability to delete automated messages without manually deleting one at a time.”

Maegan H.

Owner

“It tracks and monitor progress and habits, has communication tools and nutrition programs.”

Carlin T.

Teacher

Pros

“I requested for multiple memberships per account.”

Chris S.

Owner

“Still has too many steps for calendar view to see full view of instructors”

Andrew B.

Owner

“You can create memberships, individual events, recurring events, camps, cage rentals, etc.”

Edward S.

Owner

Cons

“I found some of the videos quite outdated for the exercise demos, I sometimes struggled to find a good form video and so uploaded a lot of my own instead.”

Amy M.

Owner

“The issues with MyFitnessPal syncing over is constantly a pain.”

Maegan H.

Owner

“I personally don’t like the UI, but that is personal and has nothing to do with its functionality.”

Theekapat C.

ICT Support and Project Coordinator

Cons

“Not being able to delete memberships.”

Anthony B.

Owner

“The other thing is only being able to completely block users from booking/registering for things instead of picking and choosing what can be done on the client facing side vs the admin.”

Zeena B.

Operations Coordinator

“While we do like many of the features, the way we were told they would work is not happening. When we bring issues to Support, there is mostly no fix and we are told there’s nothing that can be done to fix it OR they don’t know why it doesn’t work.”

Mark N.

Director of Sales & Marketing
