They wouldn't cancel the subscription and kept making me get on calls and gave me nothing during the calls, it was a very strange process, and then eventually said they wouldn't be cancelling as they had enacted a hidden renewal and would be holding me to it

Typically when you submit an issue ticket it goes nowhere, had to learn a loop hole and submit a ticket a different way for it to work but most times they don't have solutions.

I think the main complaint is that when our staff uses the elevate staff app sometimes changes are a little slow to show up on the schedule or the staff needs to refresh the app to get the change to show up.

What I like most about the WellnessLiving app is the simplicity, speed and convenience when booking fitness classes.

Wellness Living also does not have APIs that integrate with much of the popular software that allows you to market to clients (e.g. Class Pass) and it does not integrate with systems like Netgym which allow scheduling support. If money is an option, try them. But they are a short term solution.

We have a large number of offerings from Yoga, Pilates & Fitness classes on weekly direct debit, to national and international retreats and Yoga & Pilates Teacher Trainings.

Enabling 30-day membership durations would not have necessarily fixed this aspect, but it likely would've guaranteed the same amount of training opportunities (days) for every one of clients on a monthly basis

If there is a problem or a feature you'd like to see, there is a whole community of businesses and tech support to reach out to, ask questions and, if needed, get help from (and yes, they will hold your hand through whatever issue you need resolved, if need be). I met once with an onboarding specialist and she told me to log into my account with the login info given to me in an email and gave me her contact info, did a short demo and gave me some homework to do to set up the system on the back end in my account before our next session.

You can duplicate appointment types, but not calendar appointments.

The customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. When we changed our business model at Ekstasis Strength and Conditioning earlier this year, I spent hours on the phone and in virtual meetings with different customer service reps (particularly our guy [sensitice content hidden]!) and they always very gracious and generous with their time.

Wellness Living continues to invest in their platform, largely based on business feedback, and has expanded their functionality along with streamlining key processes to make day-to-day studio management simple.  

After a thorough assessment of platforms for managing our studio services, staff and a broad-based set of CRM-related functionality, we landed on Wellness Living and made the switch in 2021.  

There are occasional bugs and glitches, and the platform speed can be inconsistent at times. While these issues don’t happen often, they can be frustrating when they do.

I have found the application can be glitchy at times, which I have found to be an annoyance.

Certain functions take longer than expected to set up, and the learning curve is steep if you’re not tech-savvy.

I compared many software companies when I opened up my yoga studio and WellnessLiving by far had the best customer service.

In the beginning, it was great I have now terminated my contract due to a lot of issues and loss of income and clients.

Lately it seems the company has been expanding and support requests can experience temporary back ups.
