The design and order process is very systematically structured to avoid the further disputes in order. Like even the small check boxes have a relevant utilities. And, to ease off that process for our clients they can opt for a comprehensive demo, which will help them understand how the platform functions smoothly.

Thanks for your suggestion of having pop up to help guide our clients through the process. 

I didn't choose the platform for the league, I am a tech-savvy coach for one of the teams in the league.  If the platform was free to the league, it has some merit.  As a paid solution, I would think there are better alternatives out there.  I was never wowed by the interface, and often found myself asking why was something on the site setup the way it was.

With respect to the concerns you encountered, All the accounts are mapped by a unique identity i.e their email id. So there is a high probability that there might be some confusion with the name of the league. Also, there is a free version of the platform which you can use to see the new, improved and better Wooter platform. Which is easy to use and serves as an effective tool for all the sports leagues. I would really appreciate if you could try the new free app and give us your valuable feedback.

Our Product Manager is currently working on a redesign of the app to make it more friendly.

The UI/UX is getting improved drastically.

As I mentioned before working with the sales rep was relatively easy. He was pretty responsive he was excited to get as Jersey designs. The real headache came after making a full payment. We were told that our uniforms would come withing 3 weeks intended up taking 6. We were told 6 weeks for the backpacks and it took 2 months. The back end customer service was also not great. 

At the end up the day the uniforms came out just as we imagined, the bags also came out looking good. But the overall process left a bad taste in my mouth and next year we will get quotes from several other providers until we find a situation where the process is smooth throughout

Fun to use an app for league

We would like to give Wooter another change, we have fixed all the glitches and the stats are now sorting by any type, both of web and on the app :)

It’s been amazing the app is almost covering all the bases just needs a few updates and it would be perfect. My users love it and it has taken our league experience to the next level.

                                                       I use Wooter Apparel when it comes to basketball, their jerseys are very thin and the colors are very bright, vibrant. What I like most about Wooter is they're very thin material, it easy to play in and is not bulky.
                                                       What I dislike about Wooter is sometimes the sizing could be a little unpredictable. I will love more consistent sizing so I can continue to play in one of my favorite brands to play in.
