This is a great system with great back up and cost effective. I use it daily and it is a very stable system as well.

We know from analytics that we are driving a tremendous amount of people to the site and that they are looking at the auction but our capacity to convert them to a registered bitter is poor.

Sign up we find difficult for users. If you change time or settings for staggered closing - should auto adjust instead of removing lots and adding them back in.

Review of BidJs

This system was easy to get up and running and get auctions working. 
Issues with Bid Increment and autobids where it creates bids that are are off the normal bid increments must be fixed or ability to choose this type of autobid.

Thank you for taking the time to review BidJS. 

Its great to hear that you have found it easy to get up and running on your own website. 

We have a number of improvements coming to the administration interface over the next 12 months which I am sure you will approve of. As with all of our customers we will be asking for your feedback as we work on these areas. 

Expanding the API is part of this roadmap and our vision is eventually for all administration functions to be exposed via the API.

With regards to customising the information that you are collecting for users I would highly recommend you looking into our SSO documentation. I will ask support to send this to you. 

I also understand that support are working with you around clarifying the autobid functionality. 

We will shortly be releasing v4 of BidJS which has a significant amount of UX improvements. I will ask support to share the details with you for feedback.

Aviation Auction BidLogix Review

User friendly programme and friendly staff that are always on hand to assist. Very easy to understand and to use the programme. Very easy to learn for a newcomer, which is very important for us. Would give it a 10 out of 10 if I could but the lack of finalizing the auction on the Bidlogix platform is the only problem we have.

We integrated BidJs into our current website ourselves, with little coding experience. The overall set up was relatively straight forward and easy to format to our own preferences, the BidJs team were great help throughout. The auction system is straight forward to use and has some good time saving features.

It's a good application with all the important features for our company. The functions are all 
running solid and we can rely on BidJs. Some features could be handled more specific regarding our needs Including missing option for customization from our side would make it almost perfect.

I think you have a great product and we have had great support and building it into our website. Cindy has been my point person in my marketing manager who handles all of the technical side of it and I know that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a huge help to her! If we can fix this registration process I do believe we can have a great deal of success with the auction software program. I use this software everyday to host live webcast auctions for a number of top auctioneers.
